62Dah pernah service kat sini sebelum ni tetap slow jugak. Appointment 2: 30 ptg pukul 6: 30 ptg x siap lagi
Dah booking servis pun masih lambat lagi, normal servis je pun sampai 5 jam, harap DMM pandang serius la perkara ni, review smua 1 bintang sebab masa.
2 kali servis. 2 kali jugak lembab. Alasan sama. System problem. Hanta 8.30 pagi, pukul 2 baru boleh ambik. Katanya Service advisor incharge tgh lunch. Habis? Aku yang tgh cuti semata hantar kereta servis ni kena buang masa tunggu hang lunch?
Kali kedua hantar pukul 11.45 am. Katanya busy. Balik dulu nanti pukul 3 siap. 6.15 baru siap. Aku kena sidai drpd pukul 4. Alasan sistem down? Nonsense! Daripada hangpa buang masa baik takpayah la p sini servis. Baik cari tempat lain. Igt kita duduk saja beranak duit kot.hat proton orang kata service centre bermasalah aku walk in pun dalam 3 jam boleh siap.
Ni beria appointment bagai tapi hampeh. Lembab! Lembab! Lembab! Lembab! Sekali takpa kalau dua kali tu memang hangpa punya isu! Kalau system hang down takleh habaq awai ka siap siap ada delay ka apa ka. Whatsapp pun jadi la.

Typical car service. Waiting time is long when they are busy. They should have waiting time log ticket to measure how long to wait and how long to complete.
Call up PSC to ask about original car grant as bank advised to ask car dealer (bank said CG not with them). Upon calling, was asked on name of car dealer during purchased. And due to memory impairment, i couldn't remember. So original car grant was not obtained. At the end, went to JPJ office and problem sorted out.
First time coming here today to bring my mom's car for service. Before that, I was told that we need to install Perodua UFirst apps to book for appointment as walk-ins are not acceptable. Well, it was already hard to book appointment on behalf as the UFirst apps requires car registration approval after sending the Cover Note and Driver's authorization letter. Received approval on the 4th of April 2023. The earliest availability is today, April 14th. My appointment was set on 10: 15am.
Reached Perodua service centre at 10: 10am. Until 10: 40am, no one calling for registration. During the 25-minutes of waiting, there were people coming for walk-in service and they were accepted! What is so-called walk-ins are not acceptable huh?
Next, there was a call received by the reception. I sat just beside the reception so I basically could hear the whole thing. Apparently, it was from a car owner who had left his car at the service centre at 8.30am whilst his appointment is scheduled at 11.45am. And this fella demanding that his car should be in as he already sent at 8.30am. Wth?
I approached the receptionist asking when's my car turn? She said I am the third in line. That's not for service ya. Turn for registration for service. I asked again, if that so, then when will my car get to be serviced? She said maybe in the afternoon, probably at 3 or 4pm can settle. But my appointment is at 10.15am, I said. She replied, yes but you still need to queue. Wtfffff?
Now, Perodua, UFirst, DMM Service Shah Alam, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YOU ASKING PEOPLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO COMING FOR A SERVICE? If I know it will happen like this, I better sent my car YESTERDAY so that I can get it serviced by 10: 15am, right?

Made an appointment at 1.30pm weekday for basic servicing (oil change) + alignment but took them more than 4 hours to do the job.
Kalau bosan takde kerja nak buat sila la servis kereta kat sini. Dah buat appointment untuk basic servis+ alignment pun ambil masa lebih 4 jam. Kalau x boleh ambik job tolong jangan overpromise bazir masa orang
Staff was so polite and attentive. Highly recommended. Comfortable place to seat while waiting for your car to be service, Prayer room was clean, toilet was clean.
Appointment 11.30am, but 2.30pm car is still at the same place I left.forced people to leave car but do nothing.what are we paying for? Your 3hours lunch?

Pergi ke hq branch yang ada nama “Perodua” sahaja. Yang ada nama lain seperti DMM, ini adalah dealer.jadinya harga akan lain dan jauh beza dengan perodua service centre.saya service di glenmarie hanya rm 300+, tapi bila tanya kat dmm, sampai 600, beza 300 ringgit.bila tengok kat buku service, dieorang tukar benda yang tak perlu tukar pun untuk service yang lepas.saya ada masalah pada kereta, masalah minor sahaja.tapi hantar di dmm 3/4 kali tapi tak selesai selesai.bernasib baik staff staff kat sana baik je cuma harga tidak berbaloi.
Sparepart xde nk kena order. Booking da la lmbt. X mention pun nk kena call ke apa bila nk tukar part.
Dah 2 kali buat appointment tapi tak go through. Tak tahu la call operator tu scam ke apa. Buang masa je dtg tp tkde dlm list appt.
Good service! But balancing and alignment not good. Better go opposite King of Rims to do balancing. (Same price and they are more professional)
Convieniently located at main road, easy to spot. Front liners service are fast & efficient. Appointment at 1330 hours & finished by 1500 hours. Accept cash, debit & e wallet. Only hiccups is difficult to find eateries as its in industrial area. Need to walk opposite across the road & drive out.
Service bagus dan boleh discuss ikut keperluan dan budget.

Memang terbaik. Layanan dari customer service advisor. Memang peramah. Tempat menunggu pon banyak kerusi.
Cuma kalau boleh sedia kan la air atau makanan ringan.
A good service centre so far. Their staff were very courteous, polite and helpful. They took their time to explain the needed maintenance and services and shared the estimated amount to spend on each visit/service. That's good as they managed their patrons' expectations and not shock them with unexpected (hidden) costs. They used to serve refreshments but since COVID, no refreshments were offered, understandably so. The waiting lounge is spacious and comfortable, so waiting is bearable. I will go back to this service centre for my next maintenance service. Keep up the good work to all staff!
Kalau boleh 1 bintang pon tak nak bagi. Service teruk. Hantar kereta dari pagi sampai ke service centre nak tutup baru siap. Dah tu inform lambat. Selamber staff nya cakap tak sempat ambil, ambil la esok. Ingat orang tak ada tanggungjawab lain ke. Sebelum cakap tu fikir dulu. If cakap dari pagi tadi ambil esok boleh accept lagi, ni dah nak tutup baru cakap. Agak la.
Service overall ok.when come to payment section, who work at that part very rude.she suppose knew that im already made deposit coz they must have record but they rude to to get deposit slip.when i asked her u dun have record then oni she find manual deposit resit.produa pls take not on this.
