Tempat selesa tetapi service kereta terlalu lama wpun dah booking. Hantar awal pagi, terpaksa balik dulu untuk hantar anak sekolah sesi petang dan dapat call siap around 2-3pm (minor service). Hope can improve.

Very tak memuaskan, hantar repair balik selepas servis, pun bila dah siap kerja tak cantik. Kene tinggal lama, lepas tu takda update, kene call tanya status pun susah nak jawab. Hmmm, quotation before and after service mesti akan beza terlalu banyak. Front desk memang friendly,

Don't bother to send your car for service here. I came at 10.40 a.m, at 2.00 p.m. The car still not finish for service. Such a waste of time.

Order ativa H grey, Sebelum submit loan dgn bayar booking SA cakap sebulan dah dapat sebab sini hq.bila loan dah lulus, dah bayar booking SA cakap 2-3 bulan. Check dengan perodua hq, dia orang cakap 4 bulan dari tarikh booking… booking H grey.tengok dalam sistem SA booking warna silver.layanan masa dekat shoowroom memang x nafikan memang tip top, tapi belakang jadi macam ni.whtasapp SA pon macam x berapa nak layan. Masuk ativa ni dah 5x beli kereta baru. Belum pernah lagi jd macam ni.nk tukar dealer yg ready stock pon banker cakap kena mintak surat persetujuan dari dmm ni, memang x lah korang nak bg surat tu kan.orang lain tukar dealer boleh je. Korang fikir apa kan…. Customer urgent nak pakai kereta ke korang peduli apa kan? …………

Not recommend. Better go for other Perodua service centre. Bad experience I ever had.

1) Come for service early in the morning around 8.30am and said be ready around 1-2 hours but the car ready after 2.30 pm. That is 6 hours. Wasting my time for waiting.

2) Quote the price around RM200+ before service then need to change this, need to change that and end up pay around RM400-500. SCAM.

3) My car breakdown not even 1 week after service and said no warranty. Need to pay RM1000+ for repair after spending Rm400+ service that not even last for a month?

4) Bad customer service. Call never pickup. When you can call them, they said they will call back but not at all. Promise 2-3 days can ready but drag until 3 weeks.

5) Keep delaying the progress, when call everything is okay. After 2-3 days said got other problem. Need to chamge other things. So extra charges.

6) No action at all when call. Better go walk in and scold them only know how to buat kerja. Suddenly become busy and concern about your car after kena marah.

Not recommend. No star given.

DMM should not deserved any star. However, since the front desk staffs are very polite I did gave 1 star for their attitude. I would like share my experiances
1. I was decide to wait. However, almost 9 person who came later after me whose doing for same service + same car spec + same millage were finished earlier.
2. My appointment at 9.15am and finished time at 2pm
3. One of number at plate was missing, They didn't notice and luckily i did noticed and ask for the replacement. - Suggestion, since Perodua had done inspection (body) before service, then you can perform the same inspection after service.
4. You have 4-5 person whose sit at the front desk. When it come for the lunch time, there are still some staff standby at front desk. Unfortunately, if car handle by staff A, done serviced just 5 minute after staff A go out for lunch, customer had to wait until staff A come back from lunch. While you still have staff B or C whose standby at front desk.
5. The quotation service was explain to fast and i do notice, some items were not required at all. I just wondering what happen to the old folks or customer don't have much knowledge on service. Mean just simply pay the amount. If you use this trick as your marketing strategy then it totally immoral.

Friendly staffs. During this MCO period, they keep their customers feel safe. There are hand sanitisers for customers to use. Every staff wears mask and they practise social distancing at their waiting lounge and at front desks. Fast service. They diagnose my car's fault and replace with new part (oxygen sensor) all in 30 minutes. Cepat dan cekap.

Polite staff. They provide refreshment on waiting area for customers. Just the place a tad too cold for me. Need to bring jacket next time XD

Have a fast and stable wifi connection, a section to charge your devices, a coffee maker and many sofas. Complete facilities to kill your time while waiting your car to be serviced.

Layanan sangat memuaskan, kereta diservis tepat pada range masa yg dijanjikan, tempat menunggu yg besar dan selesa, makanan dan minuman disediakan, tandas bersih.what else?

Today black out few time. My waiting become longer than it should. Good facilities anyway. Surau provided. There is coffee machine as well. But available for latte n cappuccino. They use coway water filter. We can watch tv but only watch tv1.
