Perodua Cars service And new car purchasing

Booking 11.30 pagi. Pukul 1 pm baru dia ambik kereta bawak masuk service. Org yang datang lambat lagi cepat kereta dyorg service. Teruk gila.end up pukul 2.15 pm baru siap

Very sad. Sales perempuan bertudung yg berani berjanji kereta akan keluar dlm masa sebulan tetapi lebih. Lebih kecewa lagi die wasap suruh dtg ambil hari ahad pagi jam10-11 pagi kami dah dtg dia xde. Bila call die kata die lupa dan die xpernah berjanji tntg masa dgn tidak lgsung kata maaf.mmg sgt mngecewakan atas layanan sale perempuan bernama emma

There was a salesman named Ken Fong. Awesome salesman.he explain everything very well. 5 star to him.

The service advisor did not tell me what is optional and what is mandatory. He includes something that optional without telling me about it. Overall its a good service centre.

Finished service my car before promised time! Breakfast provided. Just need to add more waiting area for customers. And it’s a bit hard to call them by phone call. Line always busy. Overall, good experience (:

Service is good and detailed explaination is given. They also won't simply consult unnecessary changes of parts.

Friendly staffs. Need to improve your service. This is the 3rd time and will be my last one. No major improvement since last time.

I went for car service here. 1st time though. The first impression is not bad. Comfortable waiting area & staff seems OK for me, fast & ready to service. They even provide free car wash for those who make appointment. Overall really giving me a good impression but then I regret. When I go to my car, I thought I go to the wrong car as I saw a very obvious scratches that comes in long lines in circular form & many other small scratch. It does look like caused from car wash time. When I'm dealing with them on this matter, they insist that the scratches already there before my car come for service. They push away the responsibility and they sound like I'm cheating on them. Make me really. Until the end they finally take action to polish my car on those scratches area, luckily those scratches fade a lot. But still I feel very offended.

I went for this Perodua service my car for 2 times! For the third time I call up to office, given my car plate number, once again they tell me a different person name! I was so worried! I went for service 2 times at this Perodua how come the name different? In future any warranty can I claim? Or I have to prove that I own this car first?
Afterward I just found out they are actually DMM, authorised sales & service centre of Perodua. Their own dmm lousy system is different with Perodua system. That’s why service so terrible! Screw up my my name every time!

This is a Perodua new car sales and service center. Better to make an appointment before each service rather than walk-in to avoid long queue. Free food and drinks for breakfast for those who service their car. Friendly sales personel and service center office staff. Perodua produce reliable and reasonable price car with a few variant of models to suit our needs.

Please don't come here anymore. I got 2 cars go.they changed my car bulb which the bulb is still in good condition and also cincai what also need service until the bill like can go honda service ald. 1st car I already feel weird.then 2nd car l, I gonna try will they do it the same thing.and yes.they did! Totally nonsense and daily light rob-ing!

I service my Bezza here every time. The front line staffs at service center are all amazing. Very friendly, very helpful, very good explanation. They even provide breakfast every day for the customers. Toilets are ok but need to do some pipe repairs. Nice comfortable sofas and chairs are available for customers. If u have cash problems can pay using credit card here. And if the whole amount to be laid is too high, we could ask the front line staffs to reduce the price by postponing some services and parts replacement during the initial billing before they do the service. Wifi available also but could be stronger n faster speed. Overall one of the best places i have seen for an economy car service center.

Servis memang terbaik. Kalau buat appoinment sarapan akan disediakan. Ada aircond, WiFi, TV, suratkhabar disediakan masa menunggu

Service level was very good. Sales person Edwin was very patient and explained about the features of the car. This is a 3S center.

Staff are friendly and kind.
But the service is bad.
Yes is abit long. Make yourself free for 2 min to read it.
First, I changed new brake pad, they just installed as new did not use sand paper to make the surface smooth. Brake is not fit.
Second, the bill shows changed gasket and windshield cleaner. Nothing was added. I use my chemical windshield and i check is not changed but they charge it.
Third, i told them to wash engine.
They say cannot, and they wash car only outside. No vacuum and is still dirty.
Now i need to go car wash to wash again.
Damn bad on service section.
Good bye. No more next time in this centre.
