Suka servis cni, ada free refreshment, surau, toilet yg selesa. Penerangan dr assistant dia pun bagus.

Sales Personel: Our dealer was superb! Her name was Kak Em@. Friendly, not in a rush, explained carefully and was really² helpful. Went for a survey but suprisingly (pun intended) ended up submitting a loan to buy a new car.

Place: Being a weekend, the place was quite crowded. Seats were nearly full but still ample enough due to customers coming and go. Based on my observation, I guess waiting time might be a bit long for car servicing or maintenance.

Guard: A let down for me. The guard was not accommodating as he rushed and warned us not to park inside. As a prospective customer who came to the centre for the first time, how on earth would I know cars a re not allowed during weekend. No such board or sign was visible. Had to park quite far and a hassle if you have 4 children such as me.

Great customer service! Very polite staffs. Place provides free WiFi and has a comfortable waiting space filled with light refreshments. And a screen for you to check the progress of your car service.

Many customers waiting but the service is very very slow, staff keep chatting with each other, cocky female employees and actually quite rude. She said to an elderly man "come sit here, sit here" with a loud voice. Not professional, no respect whatsoever.

Nice place to do produa car service. All great staff very helpful have good waiting room. Also have a good refreshment for customers. If u don't have any appointment, suggest u come early morning on 8.30am for a direct service.

Definitely more than some mere 4 stars.deserves full 5 because of how comfy the place was and free beverages and food offered. Customer service those people at the counter did their job very well.only if there's more place to sit that would be nice.but overall I love coming here to service.been years.

Staff friendly, good customer service. Treat breakfast.
But poor service on maintenance. Oil Filter cover didn't close properly. Leaking oil.

Very slow in service. Walk in 9.30am. Waited until 10.30am. They requested me to cm back at 1.30pm due to many customer.they started service my car from 2.30pm til 5pm for a normal service.this will be my first and last time to this service centre.

SVA bernama Hidayah memberikan layanan yang baik.penerangan dia jujur dan tidak memaksa customer untuk tambah barang.

Book untuk servis 11.30AM, tapi pukul 1PM baru nak ambil untuk servis. Kereta lain yang appointment lewat lagi bersilih ganti siap dulu. Belum lagi geng walk in yang datang lambat pun boleh siap dulu. Buat apa book appointment kalau sampah macam ni lembab punya tahap?
