Perodua Cars service And new car purchasing

Membeli kereta di Perodua Puchong. Sale advisor en azhan sangat la baik. Proses membeli Dan trade in kereta sangat cepat. Dalam 2 minggu. Tunggu loan approved then dapat kereta.

Ruang dalam showroom sangat spacious. Sejuk. Bersih. Ada refreshments di sediakan.
Overall 10/10.

It's my second time here for car service. All the staff there was friendly and helpful. The waiting area are quite cosy, and has some snacks for those who are waiting.

This is my usual workshop to send my car for maintenance. You can book an appointment by using their app, which is convenient. I like the waiting area, seats are comfortable and the environment is cooling. If you are lucky you might able to get free food. The front desk officer is friendly and assist quickly.

However, you might wanna double check your car before and after each service, as sometimes their technician broke something and fail to inform and make amends to it. My case, the USB cover of my car was detached and damaged after service, but they didn't inform me anything about it.

The following is an experience of my last visit to this place, the attitude and service I received from a technician is extremely poor. Aside from black face and slurry speech, the technician tried to convince me into unnecessary repair, and even ask me for my maintenance budget.

I sent my car to another place and requested for second opinion for the suggested repair, the other technician couldn't find any problem and reason for the suggested repair.

I hope there is further improvement on this matter.

Cancel booking without refund deposit.
Last year 20/7/22 booking and deposit
Cancel at 18/8/22!
Until now 24/5/23 still pending on checking!
If don't want refund. Just said it!

Bad experience, new vehicle under warranty have problems, ask them to settle also take me more than 1 month don have any update.until now day.whatsapp them also no reply, service advisor every day just saying the same thing, today technicians on leave, tomorrow still waiting HQ reply the e mail….

Amat berpuas hati dengan layanan. Ada cermin boleh tengok diorang buat kerja dari jauh. Call for appointment pada hari yang sama.

Excellent service center and service advisors, l sent my car over here since first service till now 190,000km+ and yet to come.

The attitude and service I received from a technician is bad. The technician also upsell unnecessary repair. I know is unnecessary because I went for second opinion else where, the other technician couldn’t find any problem and reason for the repair.

I hope there is further improvement on this matter as customer’s wallet should be used as a factor for reaching KPI unnecessarily.
