Mercedes-Benz Autohaus, Hap Seng Star Kinrara

Memang amat ducacita dengan C class yang baru. Khasnya C class 200. Mutu yang diberikan tidak sepertimana yang dijanjikan. Harus ' Recall ' balik semua model C class sebab ianya Mungkin merbahaya di jalan raya. Masalah engine tidak menentu sungguhpun dihantar balik berulang kali. Ini kah Mercedes yang beratus ribu ringgit? Inikah yang dijual kepada pembeli di Malaysia?

Brilliant open showroom. Car arrangement is just mesmerising. So far customer service is up to the parr. Recommended.

Happy Send has always been my choice for servicing. Great Service Consultants and coffee bar staff. If only the servicing can be faster. Just the wait wayyy too long.

Great layout n fantastic location with easy access but service level certainly has room for improvement. Presence of higher level personnel like Service Manager is non existent.

Bad experience with the sales advisor. Unfriendly. They dont even asked for my name and contact. I will not buy car from hap seng kinrara.

The nice thing is they provide breakfast and lunch for their customer. Good waiting area with a few working massage chairs. No prayer room for customers but can use their staff small prayer room at the back of the workshop but at your own risk.

Cut your throat & then you will not feel so much misery if you want to visit them!
My advice is that you find a more reliable workshop. Here they change every little item without getting your approval.

Great service and attention to detail. Pricey but that is to be expected. Replacement parts come with 2 years warranty so that makes it worth it.
