54My car send in for spare part change more than 1 week, poor service and rude answering call, hard n slow reply if you enquiring about car condition, if you ask me rate you 5 star service, then provide me 5 star service! I need to rent a car now for travelling to work!
Sent car for normal service at 11.30 am. Car ready by 4.30 pm. Decided to check the dashcam and surprised to find out that almost 3+ hrs of recordings gone missing!
While waiting at the waiting area, had provided nasi lemak lunch. Don't expect 'luxury' nasi lemak here as it's free! Guess Toyota or Perodua or Proton may provide better ones! With this, my rating for the experience plunged!

Excellent customer service by a team of friendly and humble people. Picked up mine today from SE CK Lee (as pics haha) who have been patient enough throughout the entire end to end process that took more than a year due to the pandemic.
The service centre here is exceptionally high in quality. I couldn't make an appointment so i just drove in early in the morning as walk ins. To my surprise, i didn't wait long, drop off my car and he called me a few hours later what to change. Got my car back after that all washed up and clean.
Visited the place for a test drive today. The place is bright, clean and spacious, not to mentioned light food and beverage are served. Met up with Wynn - she was professional, friendly and helpful. Overall very pleasant experience.
Went for car service during MCO 3.0.
The service centre was not busy and very quiet. According to the service Adviser Chin, car service only on appointment basis. The service center strictly follow SOP. Well done!
Having been to various HSS and other branded dealers for sales and service, I would say HSS is mediocre at best in all departments. Except for the food pre MCO. SA does not stay long with each branch. Almost never provide update unless you asked. Salesperson are often times stuck up, and product knowledge is definitely lacking. If you want better price, better after sales, look for the other major dealership. I don't usually write reviews but after experiencing much better service from others, I think it's time to give HSS a feedback they they deserved.
Poor service advisor, bad attitude and dishonest. Regretted owning a Mercedes should have just stick back to honda instead. My service advisor is Vinesh if u have him as the service advisor better change to other ppl. All 3 to 4 experience never a pleasant one
Excellent service from Jaycee salesperson, polite and well spoken until my parents came all the way from Johor to purchase from him the second time.
Great layout n fantastic location with easy access but service level certainly has room for improvement. Presence of higher level personnel like Service Manager is non- existent.
Just want to let u know that u have a very rude sales person name Roy. Very disrespectful and no salesmenship.i told my parents to walk away from a 2 vehicle sales due to the disrespect.we will find another sales person else where. Good Luck with him.

Poor customer service. Service advisor need to go. Poor and bad manners. The manager need to do a better job or else better resign. Would not recommend people to buy or do service from this branch in kinrara.

Huge and very comfortable and well designed place to view Merc and Pre Reg Merc. They also have nice cafe which is a nice place to hang out but unfortunately cafe only open on WEEKDAYS although there are more people view cars on weekend
