My car send in for first: regular service, second: top up coolant today at 8.30 am till I ask when the car can be pick up at 12 noon, only they reply one of the coolant hose was leaking n unable to get the work done by today (I was wonder this will took up how many days?) I need my car for daily used and always a chaos when they need change spared part or fix something despite regular maintenance. Mercedes Benz kinrara service centre, please looks into your lousy service seriously.
Updates until now, I haven’t got my quotation done for coolant hose leaking replacement. 8.30am till nowwwwww. I assumed that you start work at 9am, 5 hours passed not even a quotation done.

BEWARE

Very dissatisfaction with the recent service experience I had at Kinrara Service Center. I have been a loyal customer which I bought my car here but the incident that occurred during my last service has left me greatly disappointed.

From first I replace my windscreen then they broke my back mirror cover and I’m d one have to replace and pay by myself

Follow by recent one of their advisor called me to replace my carpet coz my car still have warranty then they pick up my car from my office. I handover my car without any defect then when their ppl return back to me next day inside at kaki area at d passenger side they not fix properly and I had came for second time which really trouble me all the way from damansara.

When I reach Name of advisor win keep argue with me said the carpet pilled off is normal for my GLC Coupe. Is it notmal carpet will pulled out whenever passenger enter for car price 400K+.
Then he like show me a face. Then very rude. After they fix my car he like just return key and never say anything. I know he not satisfied with me. Do I care? ! U wanna show your face go hell. Without customer like use u even don’t have a salary there. And this is last I came to here. Will never repeat again.

I did service at HapSeng and C&C. I think this HapSeng Kinrara services is much better than C&C. The service advisor will ask u to change whatever needed, and show u their promotion (much cheaper), also explain further the difference. I recommend the advisor Lawrence, very sincere and feel honest.

One of the big Mercedes showrooms in Kinrara. Come here to check on the GLC300 model, but it is too popular until they don't even have any display unit in the showroom.
The sales lady was very helpful and patient explained about other car models, and proposed the most suitable available Mercedes cars.
Excellent facilities and experience visit to Mercedes showrooms.

Went to Hap Seng star Kinrara for viewing few model that we liked (A250, C200 and Glc250) however A250 and GLC250 was unavailable in the showroom nor for test drive as it’s already sold out and left with C200 for us to sit and get a feel. We were attended by a wonderful salesperson Mr. CK Lee who was very very very patient to answer all our questions and he was super cool to even joke around and went out of his way to even offer me to test drive the A35 AMG car which was not in my option at all and I got to say it I love that car it’s so so so powerful and you get the adrenaline rush when you switch to sports + you feel the power of the car get unleashed. We have decided to take up C200 and if you are in the market for a brand new Mercedes do look for Mr CK Lee and he will provide the best Mercedes experience to you and you will not regret. I and my wife are thankful to have meet Mr CK Lee and will recommend him to our friends and colleagues if they want to purchase a Mercedes. Keep up the great job.

Just got my car last month, finally after waiting for 2months due to chip shortage. Been chasing every now and then, asking update from sales person Jann Wong, very very thankful her professional and always polite reply.

Finally when the car came, Jann helped to arrange all matter from selling my old car, transfer carplate and preparation of the new car. All procedure run smooth like butter, no hiccup and faster than other dealership i deal with before. No headache for me at all, just make sure required documents prepared.

Me and my wife are grateful to have Jann explaining the model we test drive on, and even go beyond to show another model my wife interested even though we didnt make appointment for another model. She also help answer many of our unorthodox questions or try finding answer for us, very hard to see salesperson nowadays who goes beyond their effort so much.

Lastly we are very happy for the small preparation ceremony for our car pick up, made an unforgettably memories for us.

Definitely will go consult Jann back if we are lucky to get another car in near future.

Kinrara J- wanted 3x E200 1x GLC300 Blue as first priority and salanite grey as second.initially mentioned any colour available.so booked.then booking done said GLC blue not available while can try by putting second choice and salanite grey as first.so agreed and sweet waiting till today getting the 3x E200.so nice timing TODAY only being told that GLC300 both wanted colour don't have (great timing to inform when 3 car collected) then mentioned in an unpleasant way " white available and very nice also" & "the wanted both colour not sure when maybe Aug Sept next year also don't have " haha. Too bad my balls got hold up cos all 3 car is delivered so if given rainbow colour also have to take it

kudos and Wow! Great technique to secure all 4 cars altho kinda unpleasant n prefer the honest approach.

Old and outdated facilities, dont have USB ports for charging, some powerpoints not functioning. No lunch for afternoon session, only left over 'economy' nasi lemak from the morning and Ikea cup for instant coffee from the machine.: (Suggest to improve and could refer to Lexus Damansara if run out of idea!

It was a very good experience being serviced by the salesperson called Jann Wong. Because I had previously contacted another branch of Hapseng and couldn’t get to test the car I was looking for, I had to wait 2 weeks. But upon approaching Jann, I got to test the car within 48 hours of messaging her. On top of that, she was early to her appointment which is a huge plus point for myself personally

Rubbish. Bagi info yang salah. Lepastu tolak sini tolak situ je. SA mcm first day masuk kerja. Ini Mercedes bukan proton tau. Service Produa dan Proton lagi baik daripada service Hap Seng Kinrara.
