Klinik Mediviron Pacific Place 24JAM (24 hours CLINIC)

I just went there couple hours ago, (28th Jan around 21: 15) with my high fever condition, the Doctor was late, and some people were waiting for half an Hour. After waited for couple of moments, it was my turn. And the doctor kept silent without asking anything. So i explained my symptoms right away. Suddenly he pull out his forehead Thermometer (btw, The air-con was striking all the way to my face). And with his thermo, it was showing 37.2. And the doctor simply BANG saying that i have normal fever. Just take medicine and antibiotics, then you will be okay.

Addition to that, doctors and nurses were shouting to each other to ask what was the results and how many days should this guy (me) will be given MC.

Another thing to add was doctor was saying that follow up with him on Thursday, but i only given 1 day MC. How can this be?

The thing was, i knew my condition very well, and i’m not going to miss used Medical Cert.i have Wife and 2 yo Son.
So it has to be some critical situation that i felt that encourage me to go to clinic. Addition to that i asked for reference letter just in case if i get dropped and need to go SJMC, but he didn’t allow me, and said that “there are procedures. You come back on Thursday and will let you know” —> How come you tell me come back on Thursday if you provided me time to rest until Wednesday.

And 1 more thing, when i arrived home, i check my temp with my own Thermo, and it showed 38.7. I checked couple times. So please change your Thermo Doc and make sure you do it correctly.

Just to let you know that it was the worst case i’ve ever experienced in one of famous Clinic. Just to summarise up that this going to be my first and LAST visiting this TERRIBLE clinic.

There was only ONE good thing. It was The Nurse apologies on behalf of the Doctor for being late.

The Doctor name was Dr. Ramesh (MMC-3898)

Let this clinic be your last choice. The doctors was so lazy to asking you on your condition. What's the point in rushing the patient in doctor room? The clinic doesn't worth it la. No feedback and advices from the doctor also. They are so lazy. Even the staff. Furthermore the price is so high ooo.

So shame cause the clinic itself was well maintained and easy access.

Today my husband went to Mediviron and Dr. Kamalahasheini was there. My husband has been suffering from severe fever but the dr. Refused to give MC. This is not the first time she has done. She is the most rude and inefficient doctor I have ever seen. But I am shocked how Mediviron is allowing her to work here.

I went many branches of Mediviron as my insurance have panel with it which is so far so good. But this branch, doctor was not helpful as she said my condition as normal as I am having fever, sore throat, cough and hot body temperature. She doesn’t provide the MC because she said it was normal. My GF was so surprised as she with me and send to clinic. Doctor ask me to come again on tomorrow if my condition still persist. I asked why you can’t provide me MC and all the medicines this time. I asked if tomorrow I come again there would be another charge? She said yes and you don’t have to worries at all because the payment would be covered by company’ insurance. I said company insurance also my money. She just speechless. Conclusion, bad doctor and inefficient service from her assistance. I was waiting doctor come back from lunch more than 30 mins as nurse was saying only 30mins. This doctor go lunch in time and come back late. Doctor was a girl. Kindly improve your service if you want your company grow. Listen to patient feedbacks. Thank you.

I went there yesterday and the consultation from DR KAMALAHASHENI was very bad. Didn't even listened to my problems, not qualified as a doctor. Not recommended!

Go here if you're a responsible working adult who values health, time and money (parking, petrol, toll!) & not just for MC to bunk work. The doctor (Dr. Kamalahasheni) is efficient and hailing from JNMC India, she is an excellent diagnostician who doesn't dilly dally (more time doesn't mean better treatment, less time doesn't mean bad treatment) like other GPs who just waste time talking to patients for hours to give a false impression of "value for money".

She's quick to see her patients and her diagnosis are often time accurate. The waiting time duration is also reasonable when she is seeing the patients. The clinic is equipped with modern apparatus such as electronic thermometers (just 1 second to get your fever reading), x-ray, ultrasound machines which makes it a one stop-centre for many types of treatment. The front-desk staffs are also well trained in customer service.

Whenever I visit it seems like Dr. Kamalahasheni has no interest at all what I am saying about. Like she doesn't care at all if I am suffering from pain or not? !
It has been more than 5 times that I come and she still has the same face "go on, another sick patient which her issues". I wonder if other patients have the same treatment from her?
I mean, I just need a bit of empathy, especially if I didn't sleep whole night when I had a fever.
Lastly, couldn't she at least say what is my sickness by using more than 10 words? Or will it kill the doctor if I stay in her room for more than 1min?
I guess it is better to find a new clinic after all.

The Indian doctor that mostly cover morning shift is not helpful. The staff are very rude. Today I came in cause I felt dizzy, I could barely walk straight and they didn't let me pay 2rm in coins. I run out of cash and there were no other ways for me to pay. The cashier's attitude is terribly bad. The worst clinic with the worst service I've ever been too. Will never come back even if I'm dying.

The Indian women doctor, less then one minute can finished. She doesn't care about what you say.

Dr Hashini (hope i get it right) is the fastest doc tht doesnt have passion for her patient. Didnt even hear her voice clearly when she asked me to turn after checking ny breathing. I know it when she touch my shoulder asked me to turn. When asked of what meds were given to me, siap super quick roll eyes. Super duper quick in checking temperature. Like in a second. My session is less than 2 mins! Worst ive ever come across.

Went to this clinic for fever and flu. The indian lady doctor was very unfriendly and just straight away ask why u come then consultation finish in under 2 min. I'm like, what? The worst service ever. Will not come again. Please find another doctor that is sincere at working and has that doctor material instead of a lawyer personality.

Being there couple of times, generally OK. But it's not really 24hr if there isn't doctor, should clearly be stated which hours there isn't, like 7 to 8am

Avoid this hell clinic at all cost, when u already hv worse sore throath and fever and u still hv to wait 1 hour for your turn! Patient go in like 5 minutes and wait for the next call is 15 minutes s!

Brought my housekeeper here on a Christmas morning, due to a deep cut on her hand from a broken glass with blood oozing out non stop. First off, the indian female doctor was not dressed professionally, but that's not the issue. We went into the consultation room and she just got straight to the point with "what's wrong? ", without smiling or any greeting. We later asked if we could stay and watch the process of disinfecting the wound but we got shoo-ed out instead. Anyways, from what my housekeeper told me, after administering a couple of injections (most probably anaesthetic) to the wound, the doctor began stitching immediately, and my housekeeper told her that it was still painful, but the doctor answered her with, "Are you sure? ", like why would a patient lie about that. After a couple of days, we went to another clinic for the dressing of her wound. The other doctor removed the stitches from her wound, and she was shock to find two pieces of gauzes in her wound, and the wound hasn't healed but swelling really badly instead. The doctor that provided the service here at your clinic carried out her responsibilities unprofessionally, and it seemed as if she wasn't passionate about her job.

Took less than a minute to conclude the consultations by just hearing on what the patient told, charged 75 ringgit just giving penadol when the patient mention he is vomiting. Worst Mediviron

Had an excellent consultation from Midnight shift Lady Dr. Rose (if I'm correct). Went for my wound infection, Dr prescribed me with very good & accurate medicine+ injections. Recovering well & the price are quite affordable in view of the medicine prescribed.

Went there bring my husband around 6am. The indian female doctor was not so helpful. My husband wasnt able to work because of high fever and she dont even provide mc. Its quite hard to find very professional doctor nowadays. You want money but you didnt provide well service. Not worth it.

Dr. Kamalahasheni's service was impeccable. She has a good approach to solving her patients' problems. Went in for a lump on my knee, the clinic even had a radiologist who did a quick x-ray and the doctor recommended the necessary precautions and offered to write a referral letter straight away. They also accept various company outpatient medical cards which is very convenient. Parking at the nearby mall only cost me RM1! Definitely will visit again.
