Good service, comfortable large waiting area for patient, the way dc explain is really good and understandable.

We came for a Covid test and were treated quickly and efficiently. A few years, I came to this same clinic while visiting Malaysia because I felt unwell but not sure why. They did a blood test and talked over the results with me, and gave me medicine too, all for a very reasonable price (unlike my home, America)! They are always polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Very very bad experience than I ever met in my life so far! Impatient and poor attitude Indian female doc like I owe her ten thousand ringgit. Consultation within 2 mins finished! I was unfeeling well, have sore throat/ a little of phlegm and cough. Bfr head to the clinic I check my body temperature is high. So I guess maybe I got flu. At first, I talked all my symptoms to doc. Doc is like simply do the necessary steps to check, and check on my body temperature but it is normal. I felt like the feeling she give me is I purposely come for the MC. Then give me all the medicine finished.
But after that I was tested positive. So hopefully she stays healthy. =)

All the doctors are professional and I do support their help and services. Worth checking this clinic out. Kudos

To the indian female doc, i guess your name is Dr. Kamala based on all the bad reviews sounds the same that ive experiened. I thought im the only one who experienced it. Suprisingly no, you really have the bad attitude as a doc. Very Rude, impatient and not helpful, and yes my checkup was less than 2mins. I remind you this one thing, if this how you treat your patient, You imagine everyday how many people pray bad things for you. You really dont deserve to get the doc tittle. Charged me RM35 for your less than 2 mins useless consultation. "THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO"

Went to this clinic for PCR test and yet the proces was quick and fast and got the result by the next morning.the staff was friendly and very professional. Definitely go to this clinic again.no complaint! Highly recommended.

Actually no rating can provide for this clinic.no solution keep on asking for check blood everyday and ask to pay. First day RM110. Second day RM160.how about tomorrow.stupid clinic asking for money from people but not provide good service.last n the last

You would imagine a clinic thats supposedly COVID safe would have cashless payment, but no. No bank transfer options whatsoever, so if you're out of cash, you're screwed. Live in the 21st century Mediviron.

I was in (utter) shock when told that no card payment is accepted in this clinic! Whoever runs this clinic needs to catch up with the technology (?) Please understand that patients who need medical attention need to feel emphatised! Not everyone walks around with hundreds of ringgits in their pocket okay? ! Most people prefer carrying debit/ credit cards so they don't have to worry about how much cash they have to put in their wallet (common sense?) I had an ear infection/ inflammation and went for checkup and the doctor was not even bothered to offer me MC. I WAS IN PAIN AND HAVE TO WALK ALL THE WAY TO EVOLVE MALL TO WITHDRAW CASH AND THEN WALK BACK TO THE FREAKING CLINIC. Staff at registration were sarcastic when I requested MC and whispered "amboi" (he literally thought I was deaf pffft)

Would never revisit this clinic again even if I was dying. Period.

Went there 3 times and been attended by 3 different doctor. Sad to say, the Chinese doctor is the least friendly among all.

I have consulted Dr Kamalahasheni three times; for food poisoning, pain at my lower left abdomen and blood test for diabetes and cholesterol. I am very much impressed by her vast medical knowledge when she gave me a detailed explanation about my abdominal pain better than the gastroenterologist that I went to see earlier. Unless very necessary, I don't feel the need to see a specialist with her around nearby as I stay upstairs in the same apartment building. Keep up your excellent job, doctor. Thanks.

Honestly speaking, I don't recommend this clinic. Since last year, first time having an experience that the doctor (Dr Kamalahasheni) asking me if I just only want an MC to me when I'm in a not feeling well condition. Without telling her I have fever, she didn't even bother to check for it and some more adding " Why you didn't tell me earlier? " I thought you are a doctor? Please question yourself why you choose this careers as your passion since you are not patient. I understand that doctor feels tired all the time, but over than 5-6 times with the same attitude and super fast lack of proffesional checking, don't you think it's a bit over? But the guy indian doctor is good not the female one for sure, terrible experience. Staff pretty cincai as well. Hope to see some improvement from the clinic.

Morning shift doctor, doesn't feel professional at all, didn't ask properly about the patient condition, the whole consultant end in less that a minute

I went to this clinic with my son not knowing that there are many bad reviews based on bad experiences. Despite all of that, I had good experience with the staff and also the doctor. The registration was smooth, met the lovely doctor that smiled when we entered the room. She listened to my explanation and checked my son accordingly. The medicines were given according to the illness. The clinic is also neat and cozy. Keep it up!

Dr. Kamala is the worst doctor i have ever visited. She is rude, unfriendly and very inefficient with treating patients. She doesn’t listen to your problems and can’t analyse the problem. She is not qualified to be a doctor. If mediviron doesn’t sack her, i am not going to this clinic anymore. #worstDoctor #DrKamala
