Seriously worst doctor i've ever met. The Indian lady doctor, please, customer always has the right to understand and clarify the cause of illness, the treatment plan and so.

She claimed that I was interrupting her before she even began to check my friend, and asked me out to wait instead. Hey, if patient can't even ask a single question here, what's the point we came over to look for you. Being sensitive and bringing your personal emotion here are definitely unprofessional!

Would never visit again. Think twice if you plan to come here, sincerely hoping you guys are not seeing the same DR. Terrible.

Went to this new branch clinic few times, it was a great experience, friendly staff & doctors, and they their medication is also good

Listen to my advice. Metromedic's doctor is legit and genuine. I hope no one get worst experience here.

12/6/2023 I used to come here to see a doctor. The counter female staff is very unfriendly.

I was having very bad allergy reaction, the doctor attended to me very quickly. The front desk and staffs were very nice and friendly. I've been here a number of times now, very happy with the service!

Went on Tues, 22nd Nov as I was feeling really ill and unable to visit my family dr at Subang Jaya so just settled a clinic nearby. One of the young nurse is so cocky and don’t even smiled at all when she talked as if her smile worth millions. The dr took a long time to speak to find out my root cause and told me that I better take an X-ray bcos he suspected I have TB which i did. But the thing is the promised to revert the result but didn’t and he prescribed 2 antibiotics a non drowsy cough mixture to cure my cough and I have finally completed my dose today. My cough still persisted especially at night. Will never go back to any mediviron as none of their franchise ever cure me. Enough is enough and my bill was RM150.

I used to come here to see a doctor. When the clinic was Mediveron, the doctors and staff were very professional, especially dr kamala. Now the clinic has been replaced by another person. The counter lady can't smile and the doctor is unprofessional. I went to see the doctor that night and told her that I was not feeling well, she didn't seem to believe it.paid 25 to talk to the doctor, even if you don't take any medication

Say kemalangan motosikal, datang sini dengan kecederaan doktor tanya sakit tak? Boleh tunggu i layan patient lain dlu? Then nurse laki dia kurang mesra mcm robot dia tonyoh lukaku tanpa perasaan.then bgitahu doc sakit dada dan tangan terseliuh.doc hanya tengok2 tangan then jawab esok kalau bengkak lagi, dtg sini lagi, bagi surat pergi x-ray.pasal sakit dada, dia ignore mcm lupa.cuci luka, dapat 4 ubat, painkiller, b-complex, relax otot dan antibiotik total of RM190.doc (indian lady) dan nurse (malay guy) sangat tak mesra dgn pesakit.rasa macam kat hospital di medan perang dlm filem.
Ini pendapat naluri saya, cara mereka seolah2 dont really care about their patient health as long they can sell their medicine and for 'cakap² charges'.
Anyhow, receiptionist dia lady malay bagus, masa pendaftaran, tangan sakit, dia offer untuk tolong ambilkan ic dari wallet.

Another point, dr didnt wear glove masa checking my hand. FYI dalam islam ada batas sentuhan antara lelaki dan perempuan, mungkin sesetengah islam tak titikberatkan but doest mean boleh pukul rata. Saya request nurse laki for wound dressing at private (aurat) area. Dr kena belajar juga pasal aurat muslim if u really careabout ur patient so that u know how to tackle ur client.

Worst experience ever. I went to this clinic for my daughter antibiotics medication for her sore throat but she was not having fever but the lady Doctor insist us to do covid & influenza test than only she will give antibiotic without checking her temperature.my daughter already completed her vaccination. We told them she is not having fever inspite of that she did all the test n ask us to wait outside for the test results.and than her assistant came with so many medicines that is totally unnecessary including vitamin C & fever together with antibiotics and they charge 280myr without any proper bill n reports even we visited to get only antibiotics medicine. After test results that Doctor didn't consult with us. So I suggested everyone, not to visit this clinic to loose their hard earned money.

Staffs and the male doctor is kind although the consultation itself is the problem the dr wont even do anything but to ask you questions on how you feel and i dont even think i lasted inside there for 2 mins its already finished. Disappointing cause they charge u pretty high but it feels like i just went to pharmacy and get my meds rather than getting myself checked up.

Service sangat slow. Buat pcr should be done in 5 minutes only. Came at 2pm and got called at 2.50pm. Done by 2.59pm. Horrible. Called the clinic firsthand and enquired regarding urgent pcr (cause its urgent) and was told that urgent can get result by 8am-10am (since its urgent). And for normal pcr will get later. But upon reaching the clinic, i was told otherwise. Urgent will get result by 5pm and normal pcr test will get in 2-3 working days. You guys work there and put on inexperienced staff there at frontdesk and answer phone for what? What a waste of time and zero communication.

Not sure why people rate this place so low. Overall, staffs and doctor are friendly. Brought my 4yo son there and overall service was good.

Went to this clinic despite low rating because it was too late at night and most of the nearer clinic was closed.

The doctor in charge is a night shift female doctor. Told her directly that I think I have food poisoning because the pain is similar to whatever I felt 4 years back. She then asked me why do I think so. Told her I felt an on and off sharp pain at my abdomen, stomach cramp. However she did not proceed to ask me to lie on the bed and press my stomach for clarification like which other area is uncomfortable; where other doctors will usually do this (I have a lot of experience with my weak stomach), but fine I'll give her benefit of doubt probably due to covid? But I believe she can use glove right to make sure whatever I said was correct?
Instead she didn't even bother to move and continue interviewing me, like how do you determine things by interviewing? She even suggested me to take this injection but how can I get convinced with it since no other doctor ever ask me for injection?

She gave me 3 meds; gastric (told her confirm not gastric la I didn't skip any meal before the pain started), stomachache, and muscle relax.
Now I'm having very bad stomach pain and diarrhoea. So if it's not food poisoning, then I don't know what is it. You should've listen and diagnose your patient properly.

Really like the service for covid here, comfortable and cheeky staff. Have a nice day ahead.

Visit the clinic with my husband, for he has stiff neck problem. Was given muscle relaxant and some painkiller. The attending dr was polite. Despite all the bad review, this clinic is actually not so bad. I stayed around Pacific Place, so it is very convenience since it is very close. Recomended family clinic.
