Very good service by the service advisor. Repeat the items that I am paying for at least 3 times. Very knowledgeable and informative. Free car wash after service and it was good. I wish they have better options of food/drinks (no coffee available) and spaces (quite packed around 9am) for the waiting area.

I never feel buying a car here can be easy with their sale services compare to other honda outlet. I am serious, their sale services that talk with me is soft spoken, on point, no rush, give me space, guide me, and it makes me pay the booking at the same day with ease and peace of mind

They gave me an appointment at 10: 45am.when I sent my car, I'm surprised when being inform that my car will be ready by 3: 30pm.they should inform earlier that any appointment above 10: 30am will take longer time as they will stop for lunch which is understandable.but please.please.inform us earlier so that your customer can make some arrangement instead of just wasting time at your lounge

There is even a kids playroom: kids get get pre-occupied while mum dad send in the car for pamper or quick fix.

Staff were pretty much friendly.

Or you can op for free shuttle service to surrounding.

First time come to make an appointment. Receptionist really annoying. Will never come again even though near to my home

My car service appointment timing changed without my knowledge. Took my car here at 8.30am for schedule appointment 9am (Booking done few days ago). At registration counter I was told my booking appointment is at 9.45am. Even confirmation call to me a day ago confirm appointment at 9am. Worse is front desk reception still insist on the 9.45am timing where she could have slot in my appointment since not many customers (I was the only one customer at front desk) at that time. Real unprofessional.

Excellent service. Picks up phone in timely manner. Warm and friendly staff. Nice facilites with a little kids play area which my daughter loves. Special mention to Pn Amalina who gave excellent service.

Pretty good place to have your schedule maintenance. Service is ok. No complaint. Normally i would just drop off my car for them to check. Later they will call to quote maintenance price. Pretty convenience.

Good service centre with nice waiting lounge and free food and drinks but lack of charging stations for handphone or laptop

Excellent service. Went here because of my battery weak and couldn't start. Claimed new battey as it's still under warranty. Very helpful receptionist and friendly service advisors. Not to forget, friendly technician as well. Thumbs up. Thanks for excellent service.

Your guys ask me to came to get my car after i arrive he ask me to wait for a while Because he attand other person. After almost 1 hour i wait i see he just keep walking around and talk and laugh with his friends and when i ask him about my car he just go and did't say anything. Really disappointed with this guys

I think this is one of the best Honda Dealership around Klang Valley. I bought my car from Mr. Rosmadi, and from the time of the pre-sales, sales, and after sales, this gentleman is by far the best salesperson, friendly and caring I have ever come across. If you buy from Honda Shah Alam, then look for Mr. Rosmadi. He will also do his best to make sure to recommend when you can get better promotional rebates.

Overall is a good place to service your car. Maybe could improve if there were shuttle to aeon/tesco etc since the place is quite remotely placed.

Service is much better & faster now than before. Need to put higher quality coffee & nasi lemak at faster rate. Worker is reasonably courteous.

Loved it because not crowded and not many people.they even have shuttle to nearby and certain places.i work nearby and i asked the reception if there is a shuttle for me.they said i have to wait another 1 hour.in few mins, their boss came to me and said he will send me.how nice.the officer that i dealth with was also very helpful and friendly.i just think the front line staff need to improve!
