The experience have always been pleasant thus far.
Sometime I just walk in without prior appointment and was able to get my car service done quickly and on time.
I sent in my car last Saturday, I thought they were experts and with the checklist to check all the parts of the car. After the service, I found that my car timing was out my car was shaking. I went into the workshop and found that the spark plug had become so rusty.
I called the service centre because they did not send me or call me to check the service's feedback. Usually, they would call the customer. I explained to one of the customer service staff, she told me they are just starting to make the calls to the customers.
The customer service representative told me she would convey the message to the service officer and get him to call me. However, I still haven't received any calls from them. This is not acceptable at all with their service and they should check the parts of the vehicle by referring to the checklist. I thought sending our vehicle back to the Honda would make us less worried and this is very annoying and disappointing! I urge you not to send your car to this branch! Below is the picture of my spark plug looks rusty.
This is the spark plug they did not advise me to change it! Very annoying!

Refund utk deposit diberitahu makan masa 2 weeks. Then, saya apply loan, saleswomen xberapa layan dan x update sebarang info sm ada lulus atau x. Dan harga utk kereta pun tak di beritahu.

1st time here and def will come again for my next service. SA Mrs Nuramira really helpfull and been honest towards her client, this is a kind of SA that ive been looking for. Never experienced very fast service like this before. Sent my car at 8.30am for 100k service and around 9.45 already finish. Now just waiting for cuci kereta.
Service is good, foc carwash. Team are friendly and polite. Another bonus point is the fried bihun breakfast served. After tried once, cannot forget it.miss it already. Haha
I've been to quite a number of car service centres and in my opinion this is the best Honda 3S centre that I have ever been to. The staff are really helpful and efficient especially En Hilmi which I find that he's been well trained, the place is easy to access and parking wasn't a problem, the waiting lounge is comfortable and speed of service is just nice.they don't make u have to wait long and I live the fact that this place have almost everything under one roof

I'm non Honda owner.
Came to this place couple of time for discussion with their management.
From my observation; great design layout and space utilization.
Cozy environment for waiting.
But some times can get bit hot; due to high quantity sunlight entering the showroom.
Anyway;
There is even a kids playroom: kids get get pre-occupied while mum dad send in the car for pamper or quick fix.
And hey there are food and drinks (nescafe coffee variants) too.
Just sit and relax while waiting.
Or you can op for free shuttle service to surrounding (never tried this; hence cannot say much).
On 14 March, I've stated in the request form for allignment, balancing and tyre rotation.
I know there's additional charges, every time service I've requested same thing.
So when i checked my tyre, the rear is still the same, not rotated yet you charged me.
How do i know? Because i put a mark there for me to know whether it is done or not.
I realised it was not done after i reach home. I asked your staff thru Whatsapp, to reconfirm back with SA Syed Mohamad Syawal, whether or not it is done.
Replied done, then i request an explanation if it's being done, why my rear tyre still not rotate, because I put a mark on the tyre. The staff answered the SA will called me.
3.22pm i received a call, but because I was driving at that time, I didn't pickup.
3: 52pm i called back, give my details.
He confirmed it has been done. Then I explained again how I know. Then he just said, "then hantar balik la kat sini". He don't even have courtesy to apologise. I said I'll come back today which is on 15 March.
However, due to this careless I've a doubt whether all the things charged being done or not. I expressed my doubt to the SA, yet still no apology and strongly tell me that in the future I should request for the old items that has been changed if I want to see it as prove.

I came back this morning, still no apology from the SA. After seeing the CCTV record, it is confirmed rotation not done.
Your mistake not done as per request, you are the one who created the doubt yet you blame your customer?
I'm very disappointed with this kind of service provided from your end.
