Great experience with this honda service center. It include with carwash service with no additional charges. Some service center are not include carwash service

Service slow, too slow.take almost 4 hours to settle.
By appointment pun slow.should limit the booking.

Kept my car for 2 days still not to resolve my issue. Warranty claim is tough even though stock standard car

All staff from the front desk, officer handling my car until billing staff are very polite and smilling.the place is clean, following sop and handle complain professionally.

Nice place to service your car. Huge space, clean environment & friendly staff. However, lack of choice of food served here.

This service centre is opened during PKP 3.0 and can wait there.

Not so friendly. No refreshments provide by admin. So sad. Service not so good. Don't have enough spare parts.

Call the service centre for making an appointment. Its ringing, they answered and off the call. That’s kinda rude. Had to call many times lol

Accidently going here and didnt expect anything at first but surprisingly they provide great service compared to other service centre that ive been before. Been here few times already. I always call to book but there is times when i had to come as a walk in and they still accept and tell you the waiting hours. The queqe is a bit long so i always consider to clear my other schedule on the day of the appointment if i decided to wait but then the ambience of the waiting area is comfortable and they provide a refreshment. Upon finishing with the service they go extra miles to even wash my car which i appreciate it very much. Friendly staffs as well. I had nothing but experience good things here.

Good place for service your cars. Please plan to book your car's service because it always full on weekends and you need to wait for long queue.

Rude customer service, i call for booking, but never answer my calls so many times, only pickup call then end immedietly, only hear sound of fone handle being put back.if dont want to work as CS, dont sit behind the phone!

Staff friendly but robotic. Like complain is brake got sound then the standard procedure could be check and clean. Still got sound the procedure still same problem still unsolve.
Environment is good, free breakfast.

Very good. There is a kids area. If you are considering to work while waiting, they have many power points now

Good service center, explain your car condition, not force you to change. It depends on your budgetary. Will come back this service center again.

Disappointed with the management. Waited for one and half hour for my turn for simple alignment and balancing service. Then they said they were not calling my number because they mislook and unnoticed my number. I try to find the PIC of the reception but no one was there.

I sent car for servicing 1000 km. I was really satisfied with their service and wash my car very clean and shinning. Thank you.

Love this service center. They are honest and advice accordingly on what need to be serviced. They also give a summary of what had been checked: tire thread thickness, breakpad thickness, battery condition, etc. Unlike the other service center in USJ that anyhow charge customer for unnecessary items and no explanation of what have been inspected. Another plus point they provide free car wash.
