I would say the best service centre ever. No extra or over-charge their customer and always provide free food and drinks for customer. The waiting area is huge and comfortable.

Service is good but ya'll better fix your customer phone service. Spamming call isn't really my thing but if you're not gonna pick up and instead, hanging up the phone call, it's gonna get in a lot of people's nerves.

If your car is fine and just need a normal service, I will surely recommend this place. If your car has problem this place might trigger your hypertension or even stroke, as whatever question or problem about the car, the staffs there will just give you responses such as 'I'm not sure' or ' I couldn't answer your question'. I thought you all are experts and that's why I send my car here.

My car keeps on showing 'check brake system' 'check abs system' 'check vsa system', spent 1k to get my car a major service and the problems are still there and ' I didn't see any problem' or ' I couldn't answer you on this' are the response that I got.

Condusive waiting area provided with free beverages. Facilitate with surau, toilet & watching area. Surely recommended.

Just brought new car this sales center on December 2018 and yet power window malfunction. When ask service center to book on Saturday, the service adviser said no techinian to check on Saturday, it will took about 1 days and blak blak.

My to go service centre for my Honda. Very good user experience. The only drawback is lack of customer parking, got to be there early.

Waiting time is a pain. There is wifi but average speed only. The only good thing is the free breakfast and free flow coffee

SUPER BAD. Came here to repair my car from an accident and claim insurance. Already 2 months but never get done. The person in charge never replied message. Have to call the office lots of time to check. If I didn't call, nobody will bother to update even if I send message so many time.all i get is bluetick and no response.after called them and be mad, only then the person in charge reply text message. But once only. After that, continue ignoring me as usual. Super bad service. Cant even explain my frustration

Since some older service assistants have been replaced with new ones, the customer service has improved a lot.

However, the receptionist needs to be trained. I had 2 emergencies on 2 different occasions but they denied me a visit because I did not have an appointment!

Bad service, this is my third time service and also is my last time service. Pay the payment for the alignment but still got same problem, not doing anymore.

Very good service. Staff very helpful. I travel 25 miles from my home to just get them to do all what i need to do for my car.

OK. Good waiting area. Simple breakfast and drinks provided. Clean toilets. Their servicemen (not mechanics) knowledge is questionable. They don't know how to set car audio date.

Lousy 3S centre. Came late wait like nobody business, came early also have to wait for them to take their own sweet time to attend you!

Dunno if someone else ever experienced what my father did. Dulu tkde recall, quote harga to my father, ada faulty regarding the engine. So my father took the initiative, cari pomen murah sikit sbb jeez serious sembelih harga lah servis centre ni. Then that one day, nak hantar servis, dorg kata ada recall pula regarding engine tu. Already did the repair, you quote harga for sure bukan recall meh! Bila minta surat issue pasal recall, sampai ke sudah tak dapat2. Soo.alasannya. "saya cuma assistant manager, so tak sure" if you know nothing, assume nothing lorr!

I like this center because of the environment very nice and also customer waiting area quite comfortable and with huge are for us during waiting

This service center is most of the time busy. Services here is bad. The hand dryer has been spoiled for more than a month, still not repair. My car got brake problem, I was told the repair cost about RM4300.00.
I decided to go somewhere else to get a second opinion. Wise move. I got the problem solved for only RM285.00.
I won't go back to this service center anymore.

Took 1mo+ to repair rear bumper despite a HIP policy holder. Than once repaired, they dented my car and remove my door protector without consent.

Less than 6 month Honda City Hybrid, check engine light ON after service at this branch. The service center refuse to provide immediate checking. Receptionist is rude, pretend can't hear me and drop my call.
