I am a regular customer to Honda USJ Express. Friendly and great customer service. Environment is very clean. They even have shuttle service. A great shout out to service advisor Adam. Very experienced and helpful. He can rectified problems efficiently and really care for his customers. A very trusted service Advisor. Kudos! Adam

Double thumb up for the service given from Honda USJ. I've been a customer with Honda USJ for since i gotten my car. Special thanks for the wonderful service given from Service Advisor named Sam and he is very Helpful and experienced. The service given by Sam is 10 out of 10. Highly recommended this service center for those who want to send their car for servicing. Keep it up Honda USJ

Looking for a Honda vehicles? Go online. They only have one car in the showroom (new HRV), and no test drive yet. Even with only a single car had to wait almost 30 minutes for the sales agent to be free. Others were not interested to help. Not recomended.

Had my warranty item replaced (driveshaft plate). Went there on appointment date 4july’22. @11am…. Completed by 1.30pm same day. Job done after 2 weeks from date of complaint made…. It’s ok.

I arrived earlier than the appointment time and I was given a number to wait for the counter to call for the car service.
As I was waiting, I observe the area. The place is attached to the showroom, too. It is really huge as the area covers the parking, showroom and service workshops.
I did not wait long for my number to be called and the service guy explains to me the items that needed to be done. I had frequented Amity in Bangi for all my car services before and I wanted to try this place.
He explains to me the items that were not done during my earlier services done in Amity. So there was a lot of area to cover for the service this time and it costs me RM598.00.
The place is SOP in this Covid-19 pandemic Recovering Movement Control Order (RMCO) and it is clean and spacious. The drinks counter is closed but there is a vending machine should anyone wants a drink.
I was called after 4 hours to pick up my car and I am totally satisfied with the service done.

USJ Car Express Honda service very terrible, I went to this Honda centre that my car engine sound then they said need to check after that they said call back but never call to inform for one month and until I call them ask the reason said that gear box problem (even though warranty still available) but can’t claim warranty. This Honda care about car sale but customer service and maintenance never care. Compare to other brand car dealer do better then them. I’m very disappointed with this Honda centre!

I made an appointment at 10.30am yo check my viper tank leak. I arrived at 11am. Waited till 11.30am they called my number. To check & rectify the problem I waited till 3pm & car was still not returned to me at that time. Bad service by Ahmad Hafiz Halim.

I have a Honda City with just 1 year plus but recently I have issue with rear bumper coming out. Without any hitting. Surprisingly I can see a hole inside and all the metal exposed. Then I went to a 3s Honda service center to do checking but they refer me to 4s HSC immediately I request them to help me book for the checking which at USJ outlet. Guest what, the booking only available on 6 of June, its take more than half of a month to request them for checking a bumper. Not mentioned of how the defect of the bumper fitting caused my rear to be rusty. Kinda disappointed with your outlet's service.

A polished, well designed building with great ambience, good amenities, polite staff and efficient service. Which all helps to hide the fact that you're paying expensive rates for having anything done here.
For example, I had some minor dents and scratches on my car, for which they quoted me above RM4K + 7 days to fix. I did it with a private mechanic, who charged me under RM1K + 3 days for the same job. My car looks great after the repairs & I saved RM3K.
So, if brand consciousness is your priority, stick to them. Otherwise, there are plenty of private mechanics around USJ who will be kinder on your wallets.

Appointment at 9am. Had high number of ppl waiting. They had 13 counters with 8 counters having their staff. But only 3 of them are serving customer. Rest seems to be busy playing with their phone and standing around joking to each other. The most slowest Honda service center award goes to this center. Thumbs up.

- sampai USJ Honda 10.48pg, ambik resit
- daftar dlm sistem 11.00pg
- check kereta 11.55pg, masih d parking luar
- check kete 12.20tghari kereta sudah tiada.
- 12.50tghri operator dtg dan bgtau kol 1 tgahari kereta tak sempat siap sbb semua mekanik rehat makan.
- 3.00 petang, check dgn operator desk 1.dia bgtau kereta blm siap
- 3.30ptg complain kpd pengurus untuk tndakan.
- 3.50 kereta dah siap, terima kunci dlm hjn lebat.
- 4.15 bergerak dr USJ honda selesai servis.

Hampir 6 jam menunggu minor servis.
Kurang puas hati sbb masa menunggu terlalu lama.

SEBAGAI PENGAJARAN KPD SEMUA PELANGGAN HONDA YG AKAN SERVIS. BERSIAP SEDIA SEGALA KEMUNGKINAN

A well equipped service center for Honda. Fast service with good customer care. Look for Service Advisor Ahmad Hafiz if you are sending your car for a service. He is well trained & knowledgeable person.

U can hv some hot coffee, milo and some simple cake while waiting for your car. Waiting area is clean, nice and spacious. Customer service is pretty good!

Recently I bought a car here, I met good and responsive sales person and my car was delivered as promised time line. However I found a scratch on my vehicle and they have helped three times with repainting or respraying but at last I still found another scratch. They fixed a problem but created a new problem at the same time. Tired with this and I may not believe their workmanship. I'll go to other service center for future service.

Useless Customer Service. Called and inquired about GPS map update at 11.39am. Was told that a return call will be done in 10min but no call after that.
Second call to complaint about my reverse sensor has no noise, was told that only slot available on 16 Aug. Asked if Honda will bare the cost if anything happens in between? She said no. Why can't they treat a complaint of safety with high priority? Request to speak to Manager and the call was put on hold for ever. Non sense. You have just lost a customer. No more this service centre for me and my friends after this.

Attended by front staffs Adam to trobleshoot some engine problems. Even though it took few days to check and resolve.am satistied with the job done thoroughly and less cost. Well done Adam

The person who I am dealing for service appointments the Customer Service Officer is very experienced and notes your concerns in detail. Very efficient service centre. No regrets.
