I am thankful for the exceptional service at this car workshop. After my recent accident, they handled the insurance claim and repair process seamlessly. The mechanics were not only efficient but also explained everything in a way that I could understand. They put me at ease and took care of everything, I felt like my car was in expert hands. I'm beyond satisfied with their expertise and customer service. Thank you Miss Sham for handling my case and Mr. Yi Feng who fix my car! Highly recommended workshop for all Honda users!

Bought my new Honda HRV from this Honda centre. Moses was the person we signed up with for the car purchase. He is an excellent sales personnel. He processed every thing well and updated us from time to time about the arrival of our SUV. Once car arrived Moses did a clear explanation of the features of the SUV and how to use the vehicle efficiently and effectively. Moses also has helped us with the purchase of our earlier 2 Honda Civics. I highly recommend this young man to all other customers.

Bought my car here. Sales guy that handled my request for was Moses. This guy has answered EVERY or my questions and have followed up with me every week until I got the car delivered to me. This guy made my experience at this Honda dealership even better. Although it was a very long wait, I’m very happy with how things are handled by the sales man and also the center as well. Great experience.

Service Advisor was very hands on and could provide clear explaination on related issues & their impact if not replaced on time. Waiting time was very reasonable.

I have sent my car on 6th of January after accident for repair. Have submitted all the documents already. Insurance approved. But since the PIC of handling my car is on leave for almost two weeks. No parts ordering have been done, Repair work haven't started yet. If someone one leave/holiday, don't you have a replacement worker to handle this issue. There is no exact date on when will the PIC back from holiday. No proper reply form the customer service. The only reply is: 'The pic is on holiday. Will contact you once he back from leave. '
Bruhhh. If you go for holiday, Why's I must waittttt? Not fair.

Unproffesional attitude of the receptionist who worked on 28th january! Went there for service, and made an appointment as well, but she claimed it was system error and asked us to go to another centre to be serviced as walk in. If walk in, the service will take at least 4 to 5 hours! I dont mind going to another centre but there should be a way of saying and explaining, system error is not my fault. She could have consulted their manager to try to slot in as per the appointment made, coz it was their system error. Not even a word of apology. Customer have to go through all the hassle for their errors. Hope the management can improve on the way this procedures are managed.

Eventually went to their mini service centre in USJ itself, they were more polite and professional. Thank you.

Waited whole day for car service. The sales simply asked me to change the parts that I just changed recently. Obviously they try to ask you spend more without checking properly. And when change only about RM 25-30 parts, the sales claimed cannot claim warranty. Then what is the 5 years warranty for? To scam customer so that they can go back to honda service centre to spend more money there? Service outside only cost 1/2 of the cost service in honda service center. When ask you go service fast fast, when want to claim warranty said this cannot that cannot.

Really Bad, Don't even deserve 1 star. I made an appointment 1 week earlier and the cancel my appointment 2 days before. Simply say they called and no one answered but i didn't get a call or msg from them before the cancellation. How come you can inform me about the cancellation via whatsapp but cant contact me before. Please stop asking people to make appointment in your app when you can't even give a logical reason.

My Honda Civic Hybrid suddenly encountered a hot Aircond problem while the car was being driven. The recirculating air button was also not functioning and there was a loud flapping sound coming from the engine bay under the hood.

I immediately decided to take my car to Honda USJ to try to get someone to look at the problem at hand.

It was already way past closing time at about 5.30pm when I reached Honda USJ.

Service Advisor Sam, was around the customer waiting area and I approached him. I explained to him my problem. He promptly attended to me and gave an initial diagnosis that my car probably had an Aircond compressor problem.

The next day Sam called and confirmed that my car Aircond compressor had indeed expired. He further explained in detail the process required to replace the a/c compressor as my car was a hybrid model. Long story short, everything was done and resolved professionally and I was very happy with his level of Customer Service. Kudos!

Always serviced by Jason Tang here. Very polite & friendly. Would recommend getting your car serviced here.

Also had a warranty item to be replaced (steering rack) and they had no stock. They said they would call me back when stock was about to come. I thought that they wouldn't but they proved me wrong. Follow up was prompt and thorough

Lounge is clean with nasi lemak & a coffee/milo/teh machine. Wifi works fine. Lack of plug points so I'm always at one corner with the sofas.

All in all, a good place.

Been servicing my car with them for almost 10 years, even though there’s a nearer service Centre to my home but I still go back to them because of their service and service advisor.recently upgraded car to newer model, SA’s attitude was bad after finding out that I had a major accident prior to trading car for new car, and was pressured to forgo my preferred option of car number plate interchange so he could close the deal asap. After collected new car, drove back home and realize that car steering isn’t straight, it’s tilted quite a lot to the right side, Honda sign on steering also slanted even when driving straight.informed them when making first car service appt, but was asked to pay for alignment. Question was, it’s a new car I was extremely careful when driving and didn’t even hit any holes or whatsoever, clearly their QC standards are not up to par and they are not willing to take up responsibility, just want to make customers pay. Recently went back for insurance claim, only to find that we have to renew insurance with them in order to have valid car warranty with them. Insurance claim department clerks are not knowledgeable, unhelpful, and unable to assist. All they know is to ask you to fill up form and sign them. Upon collecting my car after repair I found new spots with paint work damaged but the person blamed it on me saying that it was due to rocks on the road, but the area of the spots and all were clearly not due to rocks, and it wasn’t there when I handed in my car for repair. Promise was made when I hand in my car, with him saying that mechanics will touch up any small spots due to rocks on the road and we went thru all the spots together, the big spots with paint scratched off weren’t there, and moreover, what was promised wasn’t delivered at all, the spots was still untouched when we did last inspection before handing car over back to me.

Before getting my new car (already paid for booking and was waiting for car to arrive, might want to change to higher specs), I went back again wanting to test drive the City hatchback RS, informed my SA then he said his colleague will serve me. Experience was bad, test drive was not even 5 mins, not much explanation given and attitude was cold towards my husband and I.

Never had an issue with them all these while when it comes to servicing, insurance renewal, and even insurance claim. But my experience with them in recent 4 months was nothing but upsetting, unpleasant and disappointing. Even though I’m a lady driver but it doesn’t mean that I can’t tell the difference between a paint chip from small rocks and pebbles on the road, and a fresh paint work damaged spot. For them to lie and push the blame to their customers, and being dishonest, is next-level customer service.

Never going back there again.

Honda USJ Car Express 4S Centre is the BEST I have ever been to. I would like to thank service advisor Jason Tang for being very helpful. Jason constantly keep me updated through WhatsApp on the progress. Initially I sent the car for absorber and lower arm repair. However Jason and technician Aris found out the steering rack has sounds coming out and needs replacement too. They also told me that the steering rack it is still under warranty and will be replaced on the same day together as well. Wow, that shows the technician and service advisor TRULY CARES for your car! Very impressive. Beautiful toilets, the cleaning lady keeps the place clean, receptionist are responsive, got nasi lemak, the tarik, coffee as well. Truly 5 stars service centre, the best in Malaysia. Thank you Jason & Aris. 5 stars!

Very bad service centre. Serviced my car early this month (July 2022). Tyre was worn off and they did not inform me about it. Almost got into accident when driving on rainy days (slippery road) which my car skid for a few seconds. Can’t believe I paid so much for their maintenance service and they did not do the checking properly. The workers definitely negligent in their duties. Very disappointed.
