The service here is awesome, they do what they do what they advertise (a rare feature honestly: C), car services time estimate is accurate, when they say 2.30 they always only mean 2.30, as for the car wash service, it is spotless!

Very poor service, called so many times but nobody answering, so I walk in to the centre yesterday to make appointment, one of the receptionist was busy talking to the customer, and I waited so long at the counter, two more customers also waiting at the reception counter and I saw one more girl staff was sitting outside and smoking, she don't even care that customer waiting so long at reception counter. I was rushing and I can't wait there anymore. Today I able to call to the centre and make appointment. Please improve.

Call centre (girl) who picked up a call not really friendly with customer. I'm asking about to check my car as to claim warranty, then she said have to make appointment and this month is fully booked. She said I have to book the following month. I'm OK with the explanation, but a bit frustrated with they way she spoke with me. I would advise SC manager try to randomly call to your hotline number to experienced how i felt. Don't go to this SC and don;t mess with your customer.

Never buy Honda again a must to service every 6 months, cars are noisy and hard, fuel not efficient as claimed. Service expensive.

Appointment 11.30 am. Car start going into service area at 1.30 pm. Like this no point la make appointment. Snobby receptionist

I was calling to get an appointment to put my car to service, nobody pick up the phone, I purposely went to the office there beside the reception n i try calling but the staff there ignore it n was busy talking in her mobile phone beside the ringing telephone, such a lazy and irresponsible staff

Good place. Just down point is the long long super long wait. Quite congested. Calling for appoiment also most of time no answer, just too busy. If come here be prepared to wait for 3-4hrs. Avoid fridays, they can give appoiment at 1noon but actual work only start at 2pm after friday prayers.

Steering got abnormal noise.left my car at sc twice.left 3days each time sent there.problem still didnt solved.they claimed already change faulty item and problem solved but when i try problem still exist. Problem unsolved since August 2018. New CRV 2017 model

Poor service centre.complain brake like jammed when send for servicing and wait almost 3 hours.after checked they told brake pump leaking but no stock for parts replacement and need to order even though still got warranty and took more than 4 days for replacement.they told need to leave car there without got any replacement car. Honda product so sucks coz many complain have been made.

Everything excellent but the receptionist very very poor.ask me to wait 1 moment but I wait 8min also didn’t pick up my phone back, I call around 8.30am but if she start work on 9am I’m sorry.if not pls do something.

Send for service 20k. No service report. Only change oil and return car. I can see from mirror they do nothing. But pay to inspect item as per service book. Inform for the broken plastic part at door handle. Broken part missing and no replacement make. If vehicle out of warranty period better dont go here. Do rm 15 work but charge rm 140.

Requested to make appointment two weeks before service. Send in my car at 2 pm as scheduled, service and maintenance (20k mileage) completed by 4.30 pm. Served by Honda Advisor Mr. Ong Boon Chai. Clear explanations to customer on charges incurred, spacious waiting lounge, different type of sofa. I manage to take a nap too because of seating area are really spacious with good lighting and privacy. Well done! I will be back for next service.

I had been waiting for more than 50 minutes and yet still waiting to be called for service counter. I had been told that only 2 service advisers are working today. Oh my god. I can't imigine this is what happened in such a big Honda service centre. I clocked in 9am for my service appointment and just queuing for 2 numbers to be called and I am still waiting here.

They need to improve in customer care and waiting hours.its ridiculous to wait for more than one hour to send a car for service.plz improve on it

An enormous place, as large as an airport terminal. Attentive and friendly staff. Make an appointment around 8: 30am or 3pm.

Internet says the centre is open now (saturday). But nobody pickup phone!

Early walk in & late walk same.you will die at selayang service centre.many pepole at working and very slow.

Location good and new building very nice and big. But service below expectation - slow and many things didn't check/do. Will definitely go other place to service next time
