Don't be fooled by the stars.purposely quote unnecessary service.civic 2017 quoted me RM1500 for normal service.what a shop!

I scheduled an appointment for 10: 15am on 30/9/2023, but experienced an unacceptable delay. My car remained unattended until 12: 00pm. It would have been better if they set the appointment for 11: 30am since they know how many cars they have to fix, how many staff they have, and how long it usually takes. Waiting for 30min is okay, but waiting for two hours before they start working on my car is unacceptable. I'm disappointed with how they handled the appointment.

Regularly service my car here since 2019. Latest experience with Service Advisor Adzria bt Madzlan made my warranty claim task easy and completed as it should be without any hassle. Tq Cik Adzria and Kah Motor.

A 3S service centre, sent car for service. Efficient service and and get it done promptly. Need to decline unnecessary "treatment" supplement, services and parts. If not, the cost will be like servicing continental cars.

On the sales side, only seen City hatchback and Civic RS in showroom. Brisk of sales is the reason.

Hard sale, avoid going if don’t know much about car.they don’t help to solve problems much as well, not recommended

Service terbaik tapi bagi saya dari wangsamaju nak ke pusat service ini agak jauh. Klau ada service pickup dan hantar utk kereta2 yg buat service lagi terbaik.

Staff semua overall okay. Toilet bersih, surau pon okay. Kalau datang servis sini waktu pagi, selalu ade breakfast free. Bagus sediakan, customer selalunya tak sempat breakfast. Servis dari beli kereta sampailah sekarang, bagi saya, tip top.

Bad service skills.

Do not go if you sayang your car. Even if you go for service, they hurt the car and trying to cover the mistake they had done. They will not mention it to you. Because many people like me will trust the branch as it is "HONDA" service center. The technician and SA are quite young, I suspect that they have not enough experience or lack of responsibility.

If you sayang your car, try 200% not to go this branch no matter how near it is to you. You send the car for service to get it maintain or repair to make it better, they make it worse.

The worst is they do not admit. They do not want to be responsible for that.

If you must go this service center, please check your car 360° in and out to make sure everything is okay before leave the service center. Before that, you must also take a photo if before of your car prior you pass the key to them.

I am very sayang the car, that is why I am writing all these to prevent you from bad experience.

Hardly any vehicle on display. Went to pick up our new mpv and that's about all we see. There is of course the beautiful new Accord in the showroom. But that's it! What a disappointment! Apart from that the service is at best cordial. Professional but cordial.

My first time here. Booked through Honda Touch apps and the customer service rep called me as fast as they can to confirm the booking. I like when they said, “We are doing our best to ‘squeeze’ you in…”

Service Advisor Boon was really helpful too and explained to me very well about the maintenance service. Will definitely come here again.

Pengurusan aduan berkaitan masalah mekanikal selepas servis perlu diubah.
Kenderaan saya bermasalah semasa dipandu melibatkan brek berbunyi kuat selepas diservis pd 27 Nov 2021. Still diminta buat temujanji sedangkan masalah timbul selepas servis dibuat.
Pengurusan yang bertanggungjawab sebenarnya perlu merombak sistem berkenaan. Jika melibatkan masalah keselamatan atas jalanraya, tolonglah rasa perihatin.
Takkan masalah kritikal yang boleh sebabkan kemalangan, nak kena temujanji jugak. Sedangkan customer berhadapan dengan risiko semasa memandu kenderaan bermasalah berkenaan hari2.
Semasa dibeli bermacam2 janji lunak dihamburkan oleh penjual utk yg under warranty.
Silalah bertindak, bukan dibaca sahaja.
