I barely enter the premise & the staffs there already greeted me n mention my car no (maybe they saw me during i park my car lol). The staff there explain in detail to me what they will do n what kind of service they'll provide to my car. I wait there in a comfortable waiting lounge. Keep up d good work

Lousy receptionist, have to make an appointment for checking more than one month in advance. And only have one time slot for it. Then she said "Maybe the problem will solve before you send in". If you cannot train well your staff, better close your SC.

No appointment until 24th December.such a big service center but no appointment. No much customer but still No. Its worse than other service center still got appointment for next day. I give the lowest grade for this service too. I hate it

Please think twice before you buy car from this dealer. I bought Honda City, Honda BRV and Honda CRV from this warehouse. All three got problem. Anyway, the worst thing is, my CRV just 3 months before i bought the car, got manufacturing defect and the pic in this warehouse doesnt check properly and hand over to me like tat. Actualy i notice this problem on the day i collect the car from Kah Motor and complaint to the person but she never gave me some other reason. Now the worst thing is Kah Motor does not want help to claim my warranty eventhought its manufacturing defect. Keep on giving useless excuses. At the end, the pic ask me to give them my car for checking, once i hand over my car to them for checking on tuesday, only friday evening they check inform me the same thing that they cant claim my warranty for new just 3 months after i bought my car.

The salesperson is very enthusiastic in handling the customer inquiries.

The place is spacious and offer lots of product to go through with so there's varieties of choices for the customers

Im facing of very rude girl Sales advisor.she can’t treat customer like that.i’m very disappointed cause im already service my car 2 year at kah motor selayang.please take action about this matter.

The place is giving out worse and worse service. The counter people push the question to the service person. No more cash wash. No drinks served on Sunday. I think some other service centre will give me more confidence and comfy than this branch. If it is not for the kah motor member card, I'd chosen other places for maintenance.

Why your customer service ladies very hard to pick up the call, i have make a lot of call within 2 hour time also nobody to answer my call. Have all your staff is busy in chating and not free to attend customer.

Since i bought my car, 3times went to Sri Utama. The last visit there i waited 4 hours for my car to complete service, the other 2times i waited 3 hour to complete. I also did warranty claim with Body&Parts Honda in Jln Ipoh. 1 week left my car there, when i collect my car notice fixing was not done properly, leave another 1 week there so total 2 weeks no car (mind you the fixing can be done in few hours at the normal shop). Then i wanted to do a warranty claim at Sg Buloh Honda, they ask me pay rm1.rm1 a school kid also can pay, but what fired me up is i ask them why warranty need to pay money, they say rm1 to put my name in system.i did warranty claim in Honda Kah selayang also no need pay a single cent.i ask Honda Sg Buloh to explain what u mean by putting my name in the system and why customer need to bear this cost, i honestly cannot understand until now.then Kah Motor selayang, since i know weekends can have alot of car, i always apply leave on weekday to come service, since less car and usually i wait around 2hour which is ok for me.already service 3times with them, so the 4th time i was late, they ask me go back and come another time.i was like seriously, even if i come on-time, i still have to wait for some time before my car is taken into the service bay.but when i am late i must go back.i already apply leave, so i called a few other nearby Honda all fully booked.i don't understand, as a customer, why am i at your mercy? The trouble, frustration and long wait hours i have to go through with any Honda. Mind you, there is no channel for you to complain about their service or to improve their service.i read comments from other Honda user, they write-in complaint to Honda nobody cared to answer them.honestly i did plan to service my car with Honda even if my warranty expired to boost my car value just incase if i want to trade-in, but the service sucks to the very core i cannot bare it anymore.if you have a God-like patience level, your car seems to have some issue that might need warranty, you scared get cheated from normal workshop (just so u know, Honda sometimes charge u parts which is not necessary and u can choose to drop them if u want.u still need to have some basic knowledge even with Honda.), u want air-con with sofa seat, coffee and nasi lemak and wifi wait area, u don't mind the 3 hours waiting time, u don't mind of non-quality job (read alot and u will know Honda mechanics sometimes forget many important things due to the loads of cars there for servicing), u don't mind adhering to their free time slots which means sacrificing your personal time to service car (u go normal workshop, u can go anytime you want whenever you're free), then pls by all means go ahead with Honda workshop

Lousy service provided here, bad customer service. Phone call frequently no people answering. When call nobody pick up, we drove there and meet up with the counter staffs, counter staffs unwilling to help, ask us go back, reason is we do not have early appointment. Your phone nobody pick up, how am I going to set appointment? Their phone line always having problems, they claiming TM not fixing their line, come on use some brain lah, can't you all write an official complaint letter to TM HQ or standby some hand phone numbers? Always no slot available. Very few technician here, have to wait for quite long time. Especially afternoon you service here might take 2 hours, really a disaster no food stalls & restaurants available here, better you have lunch before you are here or call grabfood. Suggest you all go to other places. Quite wasting time here.

During my 40,000km service, the techniqian fill in too much coolants, the coolant tank overflow, have to drive back the next day, really troublesome. Actually quite pity their technicians having heavy work load, to resulting they are exhausted & make mistakes. Customers are at their own risk here. Their management lousy, please hire more technicians & upgrade your customer service. I advice customer not to wait for their slot, reason because once your mileage reach 59000, you no longer entitled the 50,000 service, straight jump to 60000 resulting you wasted a 1 time service, because as you wait for the available slot your miledge increases and you are unaware. This is quite unfair to you as customer, suggest just go to other proper service centre.

Suggest Honda team send in some staffs to QC them.

Been a loyal customer since this place is newly opened. I have requested to check and fix my car vibrations issue during this service appointment. I have mentioned that during appointment booking. Unfortunately my request was not recorded in their system and I can only do normal maintenance service. I have no proof to show them that I requested for fixing the car issues since booking was done through phone call. SA told me they only have one foreman available today and nothing can be done to fix my car thus only normal service can be done. I should have give one star, but since SA provided detailed inspection findings, I think they deserve better. Anyway Kah Motor Selayang should really improve their customer services as things like this is very disapointing.

Good service, but the reception Malay girl is very very irresponsible and lazy. The phone is ringing she simply ignoring and busy with her mobile phone. Please change and improve. Tq.

I saw from review service is very good, so i wan try here to service, i feel so happy 1st time i call here, and the admin tell me system down please wait 10 minit and call back. Then i wait 10 minit call until they go back home (non stop 1 hour calling) also no body pick up my call.haizzzz, nowsday make a service appointment also so stress, nvm i will streak drive go walk in make appointment.
