Appointment system is a plus so there is little waiting time and more available parking spaces. 5 stars if they do more for creature comforts.

Honda Imavest Body & Paint is the worst centre ever. To me quality is one thing, but this centre has integrity issue with rude and incapable staff attending to the customer - Hasan & Jessica.
I met with an accident with my bumper and left hand door affected during the accident.
Let me thell you my TWO encounters on their integrity and incapabities in handling insurance and repair work:
1. During the repair period which took 2 months, i noticed my car’s front mirror was cracked when the car was still in their custody. They refused to acknowledge that the crack was their mistake initially. Finally they said ok, they claim using my insurance then they will refund my insurance (i hope they’ll do).
2. After 2 months, they tell me that my car is ready. It was NOT ready! The left hand back door was still dented and scratched, and they said they didn’t repair it because insurance not covered. I immediately called the insurance and my insurance said it is covered. Then i told them nicely that it is covered. Hasan rudely told to us that it is not. Then i called my insurance again with speaker on. Again, honda denied. ‍️
Then i called again the insurance for the 3rd time with speaker on in front of Hasan n Jessica. In the end, Jessica raised her voice to me, and for God’s sake I am the customer and I am at the losing end and yet I am the one being scolded! Funny.
Lessons learnt, DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR TO HONDA IMAVEST BODY AND PAINT FOR REPAIR WORK.

Should b 5 stars because good salesman Mr Gan full attention. But service girl counter gave me a pen to write appointment time. Hoped she could assist to write for me.

Service very good but they seems want ti earn more. Every 10k km got extra charges. Very weird. I wont visit here anymore.

Try to make an appointment before you come here, if they said can walk in don’t trust them. They will make you wait from morning 8.00 am till 4.00pm or 5.00 pm and I’m yet to collect my car. So my advice is make an appointment before you come here if not prepare to be rotting away.

Good place to service your honda. Nice and comfortable area to relax while waiting. Their service is good, so have to admit many people service their car there and need to wait.

Be very careful if you have decided to service your car in this branch. Some service advisers have been working here for so long. Attitude became restless, showing long face all day, and grew cunning in terms of giving constructive advise. Worst part, trying to up-sell servicing parts without YOUR KNOWLEDGE. Always be alert on what you are servicing and what is deem necessary and what's not, else you will get chopped.

Generally the service is good and speedy. The staff here are polite and take pain to explain the types of service required for your car and the total amount payable. There is a comfortable waiting area for the customers while waiting for your cars to be serviced. Light refreshments (nasi lemak, mee & bee hoon) are also provided.

Sent my car for regular service in this Honda Imavest Center at Sungai Long to service my new car, however they can’t rectify the minor problems i mentioned to them at all. Told the staff, there is noise upon winding down the rear windows. They claimed they have put some lubricants in. But when i get back the car, problems are still the same! Disappointed!

Went there to look at buying a car for my son. No salesman around. Have to go searching for one. Finally found one but no catalog for civic. Wasting time. Better go other showroom.

Superb attendance service but limited to single car owners only. They will become kelam kabut if you send 2 of your Hondas for service at the same time. Must have the nasi lemak eveytime I visit the place. Clean and tidy environment and kids love the breakout area.

I bought my car here and send for service for one year. Service is bad and irresponsible. What they want are sales. Whatever problem you mention to them will be ignore. Staff are not helpful and responsible. I buy the car is because of quality of the car but then service provided is really bad.

Perhaps the lounge can be better. The overall service, from reception, service history brief and vehicle handling tho bit dirty, the servicing was handled satisfactorily.

Complain: No Car Salesman come to serve us in Showroom, there are 2 personel that look like Salesman/Saleswoman who stay with the Sales Manager Room, but they pretend like not seeing us.so we left!

Very slow service. It's cosy though, and they rent you power bank for free. Drinks are cheap. Did I mention service was slow?

Very nice and spacious waiting area, and many service platforms.many chinese SAs enable me to describe my car problems easily. The SAs over here and skillful and trusted.most important is they can tailor made only needed service items for my car which is super low mileage but forced to come back service center every half year

Had the 1st 1,000KM Service. Appointment made for 8: 45AM on weekday (Friday). I arrived on time and check-in my car at 8: 50AM (Service center opens at 8: 30AM).

It was the 1st 1,000KM service, and it should be fast and quick (Just inspections and no parts that need to be changed). What makes it damn disappointed is that I have been waited for solid 2 hours for my car to be ready, and nobody explained why it was that slow.
