I got the train today and was very lucky to get the best SA in the World (_SA Honda Lee_). Good service he and the train can be fast.
Mostly unpleasant experience in here and seems like no action for improvement, plan to get car new car from here but make me rethink again about honda car.
The service is very good, and the processing speed is very fast. She is still happy to help customers solve problems after taking the car for more than a year. I chance upon this showroom and decided to pay a visit one afternoon. Granted that some honda models do sell by themselves, but lo & behold, this must be the one showroom that take such beliefs to another level. Went in and saw 3 SAs hanging around at the counter but seemingly disinterested to serve a walk-in client. A senior told a SA to look into my enquiries and a test drive. During the test drive, my questions posted were replied monosyllably until I gave up asking further and couldn't wait for the drive to end. All in all, love the car model I tested but hated the experience in this showroom. The next day, I went to another honda showroom around the neighborhood, and needless to say, the experience put Imavest to shame. Maybe it's just my luck. Oh well.
A go-to service centre for my family as we have quite a number of Honda cars. Their service is good, especially if you have set up an early appointment with them. They will tend to you right away and a minor service would only take around 2-3 hours. The price is standard and not that different with other Honda servicing outlets but you can always expect them treat you nicely. They also have a nice waiting area if you do want to wait, equipped with vending machines for food and drinks.
The staff here are very rude, after reading all the past reviews, I think I should change a service centre. Since they never solved my problem, claiming that they can’t estimate the lifespan of the car battery, whilst I actually changed 3 batteries when my car is not even 2 years old. And they made me pay for it! Been having an electric current leaking sound when I first drove, send in for checking 10 times and it is remained unsolved yet. Disappointed.
On 26/1/23, i sent my car (PM*18**) to honda imavest sungai long to check my car. I was being told that my car starter got problem and it takes one week to get stock. So the next day i went to take my car and decided to repair at other place, as i only have one car to use and couldnt wait for your stock for a week.
Your staff however charged me rm190 for checking fee (i understand as he told me before he checked my car). But how could you forcefully charge me if you dont even have stock on hand? You expect a customer which only has one car to wait u for a week? How am i going to outstation to work?
Please be considerate and more flexible with your customer, i have no choice but to pay the rm190 and i wont be coming back to this service center again. YOU SHOULD ONLY CHARGE ME IF YOU HAVE STOCK, NOT FORCEFULLY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR A WEEK AND CHARGE ME!
4s services.so far provide good services.waiting area also very comfortable.staff will do follow up after service for any feedback which is good.
I have dealt with the insurance claim with Honda Imavest twice, the service is the best. My car was ready in less than a week. I deal with Mr. KIT. KIT service is the best, fast, honest, and very helpful in all matters. The management should give appreciation to KIT for good customer service. Thank You
Please don't come here for service, appointment for 10.30am slot. But they say the car cannot go in for service due to full, have to wait until 5.30pm only can take car. You don't have slot than please don't open for appointment, some more the staff is very impatient.

Just collect my car for claim insurance due to involve in accident. But the method of repairing is really worse. Changing my front bonnet causing my bumper become gap and they just doing some tighten screw or something mount to the bumper and still having same issue. Incharge person simply blaming to age of car and it's normal happen for years car. I do meet outside workshop and they fix it properly. They do paint touch up and it's spoilt my rim and tyre. I don't know how they do either comply to SOP or not. It's really bad and seems like not following procedure. It's spoilt Honda reputation as they complaining SOP issue. Please do check their staff as many bad review happened in lately. Not recommended and comparable to outsource workshop.
I’ve been having my service here for a long time. This time I really am considering to change a branch. Set appointment at 10am. Included car wash. My last experience is arriving at 9am can collect my car at 1pm. So plus minus, expect to get my car latest by 3pm (that’s what they told too, collect car 1pm - 3pm). 3pm check the status with the staff, he said already under car wash. Now is 4pm and I am still waiting. Worst of all, there is a board in front of waiting area, showing the status of your car, and mine, forever in the status of “Registration”. Why put a status board if it is not updated? It just create anxiety to us who are waiting for ages and haven't get it yet. Dont get your car wash here in future. Meaningless wait for 1 and half hour for an extra car wash, you should have reminded us if that’s gonna take that long man. There goes my whole day waiting for a minor car service and a basic car wash.
Courtesy friendly customers service. Good atmosphere in service center. SC very professional dealing with complaints and explaining everything detailed & charges before proceeding to workshop. Keep up with the good work.

Have been using this service center from 2015 till 2022, all great.in 2022 a lot of staff changed.in april 2022, i purcased new power steering for honda city, In August due to problem they admit their service guy by mistake intetchange the right and left bushing. Service also v so so now days But the chinese manager is v good. Really scared to take my car to this center la.
Some staffs are polite and some not provide professional service. Now I own bigger Honda car, but not consider here anymore based on my pass experience.
Send my vehicle to change the spark plug and realise my vehicle was return to me without the engine cover. I visited the the service centre and the services advisor are unable to provide any explanation. Only interested to do sales and no service at all. Disappointment
Service so bad. Same issue repair two times, still can't settle. And I ask the reason, give me stupid answers. Really not recommend
Booked general repair slot on 15/7/2022 by Honda Touch apps. Received call after 5 hours to tell me that slot is not available! Earliest available slot will be on 29/8/2022! My car problem is the boot will open by itself during driving! Don't you think this is a serious problem? Keep on telling me appointment slot is full, sorry for inconvenience, man power not enough! Why don't you update on the Honda Touch App if having those conditions? Was thinking to try on this service center for the first time after i shifted my house, but I am very disappointed to this service center!
NO MORE NEXT TIME AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER!
