4s services.so far provide good services.waiting area also very comfortable.staff will do follow up after service for any feedback which ia good.

I agree with some of the reviews posted here. My experience started out well when I first bought my car but subsequently all the service sales persons assigned to me were bad. None of my car issues were resolved. They seem more interested to get you to pay up for many unnecessary stuff to meet their targets. I complained about sound in my tyres but they didn't check. After they passed me they keys I needed to ask them about it and it seemed like they just forgot about it and said if I needed it fixed need more time. Didnt give me the assurance as though they have actually looked into the problem. What was worse 2 days after I got my car the battery konked out and then indirectly blaming me for not remembering to change the battery. A good service centre would be checking if the battery's life span is near expiration and would intiate the change even if I missed out. I would be trying out another service centre in my future visit. Please avoid this service centre if you want real problems solved. Honda is a good car but their service centres are a huge disappointment.

Came here first time on 14th March 2022 as walk in customer for my car 40k service. I usually do my service at KL, where i bought the car. But wanted to try servicing my car here as it is closer to my current place. Frontdesk is very friendly and helpful. But the same cannot be said for this Service Advisor assign to me named Hew. When i asked to confirm if this is my car 40k service, he said he does not know. He also would not entertain my claim request, saying the damage is due to my fault and therefore warranty claim cannot be done. He also could not be bothered to try give me estimate time for my service time since i am a walk in customer. Sure, i should set an appointment, but telling me to go back home and wait for a call before 5pm is not something a customer wanted to hear. No assurance at all. I cancelled my service here on the spot and go straight my old service center in KL, where the SA is much more friendly and they entertain my claim request. This service center has lost its potential customer.

I have service few time here and today I’m surprise there is a Malay guy at counter 6, he service is very very very good, manners, polite & kind. Honda sungai long boss pls reward him, not easy to find a good worker now.

I've been service at here since the day I bought my car, hassle free and always serve by the friendly SA who named Muhayat, which always explain clearly to me when comes to service or repair job.highly recommend this 4S.

Rude and totally unhelpful. No appointment for 2 months with leaking petrol tank under warranty. Avoid this place

Outstanding service I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very friendly team of staff that were able to find the problem then resolve it quickly. Simply serviced are reliable, friendly, extremely helpful and reasonable priced. I would strongly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Sent the car for insurance claim and it was overall a fast and good experience. Especially kudos to En Hasanuddin Afif Mohamad for his excellent service as my claim advisor and the team as well.

Good nice Honda 3S centre. Very easy access from cheras kajang highway. Good service. Nice waiting areas, ample space to sit and "lepak" while waiting your car serviced.

While I had a pretty pleasant experience up until I collected my car - the staff’s attitude changed totally when I called to follow up on a previous payment. It was merely a question that needed some details but the staff was extremely defensive, like I was accusing them of something. The conversation turned ugly unnecessarily.

I was willing to overlook the fact that they did not offer any service in claiming insurance. From JPJ trip to third party claim - it’s a self service. When I went to submit my claim at the third party insurance company they were bewildered I had to do that myself. Losing use of one’s car is stressful enough. If you would like to have peace of mind with insurance claim and follow up customer service, there are better options.
Still, thanks for decent service initially - Ms Ashly deserves a mention. Unfortunately the consistency is just not there.

Brand new car 1 day old got problem with the seat mechanism. Came here and they suggest to go back to Rawang and see the dealer where i bought this car.

What the heck is honda service center suppose to mean? Not to mention embarrasing problem for such a brand new car.

Service charge prive not standard.be check the bill before proceed service, they simply adds On to charge into bills.
Drink liked coffee tea have to pay at machine for RM1.
