50I called to ask for an appointment to change my faulty shock absorber, the lady say they can do it but might take at least 2 weeks as they need to order the parts first as they are a smaller service centre (2s). So she suggested two other nearby honda 3s centres and even offer their phone numbers. The most polite customer service ever.wish them success.
Service are good, rest area very convenient and walk-in need to come early. Better arrange an appointment before come to send ur car for service.

Very arrogant and rude salesperson. Imagine you with your friends. Walk in the showroom and think of buying a car. Then comes a lovely sales girl taking keys to show us a new model. Suddenly another colleague of her in mid age of 40s, rudely tell us to come out the car just because she sold it. Didnt repect her colleague and didnt respect us as a customer. How would you feels as a customer? Competition among salesperson is normal. But its your company internal problem. But by asking us as a customer to comes out is VERY RUDE. Somemore the pity colleague was stunt by this old lady saleswoman. Totally not professional and shouldnt allow to sell cars if I were the boss of that brunch
Only a 2S centre, chose it just because of its proximity to nearby residential area at Taman Equine. Repair and jobs other than routine service still has to wait for parts from the main Peringgit Sri outlet at Old Klang Road
Ample parking area, friendly service representative but they could still improve in term of refreshments available for waiting customers.
Give me wrong dignose.it motor fan not timing belt or air cond bearing or clip.both SM and SA is not helping bringing honda name up.minor repair don't want to entertain.if car under warranty no worry.no warranty better learn some basic about car.luckly they r pack.
Serviced my car at this center quite a number of times now. I'm appreciative of the employees efforts to go the extra mile to help me out!

The staff here are really friendly. They will try to accommodate if you do last minute visit but please just make a call in advance before you go. The staff will even take a picture of your vehicle for you if you are busy to check the damage (that is not visible on the front view)
Small but cosy. Parking very convenient as there's plenty of space around. Welcomed by friendly counter lady and well explained by service staff on service item. All staff in this branch very effective in servicing customer and car. A lot customers serviced within 1.5hours. Seat is sufficient means the customers come on time and serviced within planned appointment schedule. Superb service for this new branch and will definitely come back for next service. Keep it up.
