Firstly, I didn't purchase my CR-V here, but due to the convenient of location, is my go to service centre. Starting my expectations of this service centre not so up to standard. After few years with them, managed to claim defect steering rack. Unfortunately, the steering rack spoiled again after few months. Sadly, my warranty period already over. I thought I can't get the thing to be fixed again. Lucky me, with the help of service advisor En Adli, I got to claim the steering rack warranty again. Thumb up to En Adli for always advice and help.

Sent for schedule services twice.handover car before appt time.but only started servicing after 2 hours.making me wait at least 3 hours before completing services.thought 2nd time appt will be different, yet experience the same.thank you, not come again.

Regular customer here. Recently sent in my car for the 80,000km service and asked to check for some shaking at certain speeds. Calling to book an appointment only took 2 minutes and everything was confirmed.

When I arrived for the service, everything was explained thoroughly to me about what the service will consist of. Very kind gentleman behind the desk.

I sent the car at 9am and got it back around 11am.timing was accurate and upon getting the car back the gentleman behind the desk informed me that the shaking was coming from the driveshaft.

He didn't even wait for me to ask and already informed me that they have submitted a report to Honda to claim warranty for the driveshaft, was very pleased with that. He said that he will give me a call by next week to update me of the warranty claim.

Just two or three days later he called me and informed me that the warranty claim has been accepted and asked me if I'm okay to bring the car in on Monday morning and take it back in the evening. I said yes and done.booking confirmed.

So yes, so far my experience with this service center has been great. Very quick and professional. Just hope everything goes well with the driveshaft and the car doesn't shake anymore.a few things that would make this service center even better would be a working drink/coffee machine and if they could give out loaner cars when a customers car has to be kept longer than usual. Other than that though, perfect.

I didn’t want to wait for months to replace my car. I collected my new car on the 6th business day from the day I contacted Ken. Ken is very resourceful, well-connected and a person of high calibre. The whole experience was very pleasant and assuring.

It comes to my greatest disappointment when I send my car for service today for 1,000km, hardly one month one old, I found out that my car bumper has been badly scratch due to your mechanic negligence.

They tried many times to reject my warranty claim. They asked me to go Kinrara or near the Minlon SC. They end up have to repair my seat because all the SC throw the case back to them because i do the major service there but this “F” SC gave lower standard repairing outcome and after the repair their staff asked me to go to other SC for next service. I will not recommend this place. Bad place, they just want your money but they gave a lot of excuses when come to warranty claim. They said they’re just a small SC. Close your SC please!

Showroom for car which doesn't looks like showroom. More towards empty lounge with chairs scattered everywhere, and a person in meeting room trying to ignore me and avoid me from asking anything which I'm not intend to.

If your showroom don't have a single car or even tyre please la don't label as showroom, wasting customer time!

I send my car here for services
The main point I give 1 star because when I send my car all perfect. When I take back my car I can see my bumper already flip out from normal. Staff claim it already like that. Hell no! I know my car condition. They don't want to responsible.

Actually they don't deserve any star at all. This the first and the last I will come here. Not friendly. 1. First of all, the SA start pointing that I am late for service. So, what the hack, the car did not explode. I am responsible for my car. You thought all customers just sitting and wait for the car to be service? Blaming game? You can explain and no need to make customer uncomfortable. 2. Very unstable WIFI 3. Faulty coffee machine. 4. No snacks provided at all. 5. All standard items like engine oil, brake oil and labor charge are much expansive than other service center. 6. They gave me 10am time slot, but mentioned they will take a look at my car at 12pm. 7. After I service my car at other service center, I feel the car more smooth. Here.at this service center, I didn't feel any differences at all! Definitely I will not recommends this service center to my friends and will not come here ever again.

I would always come to this Sales Person Mr. AK. The best car salesman I ever know. I bought 3 cars into period of 7 years and he is the best. Probably he is the one started door delivery which he dis for me when I was at JB. Kudos and bravo.

Kali ni services teruk gila, hari tukar sparepart aje tapi lepas 2 jam kerete pun x sentuh lagi, dah minta dgn staff boleh check tak klu siap lmbat lagi, nak balik dulu sampai sudah takde org update.last book grab balik aje rumah

Guys, must try the service center. Is very friendly, good service and good environment. For 2S service center consider tumb up because surrounding anything also have. No matter time waiting is long wont let u boring. Like us need normal service, here is the place. For repair or major, here not the place.

I'd like to share my pleasent experiance with this showroom.
We recently bought our honda city from them and their rep Weeney please ignore if the name spelling is wrong: p. Assisted us in process.

It was a swift procedure from purchasing new car and selling too, as Honda Rep helped us throughout the process.
They are friendly + they answered all the queries. It is one stop shop.

I would like to recommend this showroom for many reasons. They are also located in a place where there is no jam.

If you guys are looking fwd to buy any of the honda's vehicle, so this is the right place.

Usually i dont write reviews but since i had fantastic experiance so why not appreciate.
