One of the smaller Honda service center. No coffee or snacks. Cannot fix a major issue of a car. Only can do normal service

This place Is quite small but nice, the staff here is very friendly and will help you if you being polite with their service advisor, recommend being on time for appointment service.

The reception and waiting area is relatively small. No refreshments other than plain water. A lot of parking spaces in the vicinity as many of the other shop lots are still not occupied. Couldn't see the area where the cars are serviced from the waiting area. This is the closest Honda service center location for Cyberjaya, at least. Did a regular maintenance service during the last visit but not sure if the center can do more. Good service from the staff.

This is a very terrible service center, with rude personnel working there. I made an appointment to service my car. When I call, the person who answered the call did not ask me whether I got any issue with my car or not, and I was given an morning appt. Then I assume I can voice out my car issue during the day. On the day of appt, the guy told me this is for normal service and they couldn't check my car at all. And he was being very rude to me claiming I didn't inform earlier. Immediately he grabbed my service book and cancel my appt straight. What kind of service is that?

Friendly service especially En. Nabil. Sapa yg dh ada 2 dos bole tunggu kereta siap di showroom. Overall service ok.

First time experience sending my HRV for service was a good experiences. The Service Advisor was very informative and has given us the options that suits our needs.

Called in the morning itself for car service and slotted me in for the afternoon session.
Relatively small center so could only prep use basic car service, no car washing or etc.
Overall good.

Staff are very friendly. They attend to you asap. Explain everything. Just wish that the place is bigger.

I'm so mad and disappointed during my last time send my car to service here. I have made an appointment 2 days earlier and asked them if FRIDAY got available slot for me to send my car.the phone lady said don't worry there's still have slot and I was sending my car at 11AM and tell them I will come and pick up the car at 6PM. But suddenly a MALAY GUY there has advised me to come back and get my car at 3PM.when I was there at 3PM, my car IS NOT DONE YET! HE WAS EVEN OFFERED ME TO SEND ME BACK AT MY OFFICE BY HIS MOTORCYCLE! JUST BCS HE SAID MY CAR IS NOT DONE YET. HE EVEN TELLING ME THAT IS MY FAULT TO SEND THE CAR ON FRIDAY. I WAS WAITING FOR MY CAR FROM 3PM TO 4PM AND SUDDENLY A MALAY MECHANIC GUY CAME UPSTAIRS TO LOOK ME AROUND AND SMILING WITH GATAL FACE! I CANT BELIEVE IT THE STAFF ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL! If you guys cannot done the car within a few hours then don't promise or allow customer to send their car during busy day like Friday! I have seen this mistake from other HONDA service centre too. The queuing list on FIRDAY will always be more than 10 car.but please IF THIS CANNOT BE DONE WIHTIN FEW HOURS, DON'T PROMISE TO CUSTOMER, YOU CAN ADVISE CUSTOMER TO SEND ANY OTHER DAY ACCEPT FRIDAY. AND THE MALAY GUY, PLEASE DON'T PRACTICE YOUR RUBBISH REMPIT BEHAVIOUR AT WORK PLACE. PLEASE SHOW RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS! BCS YOUR WORK PLACE IS NOT PASAR MALAM!

The service staff were efficient, fast and excellent, only hiccup at waiting area, not provided with snacks and tv watching, quite a waiting.

Always send my car for service here. Overall staffs service is pleasing. They always did a service appointment follow up. Just that i hope there is more space for customer waiting area.

I'm regular customer, as usual I sent my car for service but I was too rush forgot to ask them to wash my car after sevice (usually) they do it without mention. When I collect my car, I request them to wash, then they tell me need to wait. I waited 1hour, they still haven't wash. Come on, it's OK just let me know if you need to take one hour to wash my car. I rather spend 10ringgit to wash than waiting 1hour for nothing. Nvm, it's a very busy Honda outlet.

Its a small service centre plus they have showrooms at the second level. Went there with an appointment at 12PM but have to wait till 4PM for it to be done. Receptionist wasn't really welcoming but there’s this one guys who was tremendously helpful. If you want to wait for your car, I would suggest to wait at the second floor. Ground floor is where all the sales advisors are sitting (a lot of them) thus its loud and noisy with them chitchatting among themselves. The customer service crew is overall good but the sales advisor is totally different story.

My go-to service center. Service Advisor Fazly is polite, friendly and very accommodating. Waiting room could be bigger though. Can't say the same for their sales team. I went there twice and had a bad experience each time. Decided to buy my car elsewhere. They should learn about customer service from their service crew.

Please reach there around 7.30am if u need to have service maintenance of your car without appointment during weekend. Otherwise, u'll be in the long queue.
