Service supervisor Mr. Ram is always most helpful and he always attend to me without fail. However, upon collecting my car, there was a huge delay in getting my bill ready. The cashier and Ram were trying their best to release my car but there was an administration issue. Hope C&C look into this seriously.

Glenmarie. Called in many time no answer. Automated voice assistance asked if want someone to return call. Said yes but no one return call. Earlier, service rep had said they were busy mid month to review my issue with the ceramic coating which has been ongoing since year 1. Never fully rectified. Not equipped to check quality of coating done and subsequent patch work. Had shown a simply test to show unevenness of coating. Waited for rep to revert for an appointment of date. Btw time of closure said 7 pm on main page? Pls update.

Called the office number 78728121. The receptionist or whoever lady that answered the phone was kinda rude.put someone with a good manner/customer service etiquette and nice smile to pick up the phone. Even I can't see the smile, I can feel it though.hisshhh.

They were selective in attending customers and apparently not interested to attend me ie those who came vide walk in. It was on sunday not many customers. So I eventually left to other showroom, which the service was superb.

Make a trip and was attended to by Sales Sheryl Chua who was patience and helpful during my visit.

Excellent service by the sales assistant Mr. Chee. Knowledgeable staff and willing to explain your queries. Anyone interested could look for him! I am a satisfied customer. Ended up getting a unit from him.

Really bad after sales service. Beware of this centre when u have problem regarding your car and send in to resolve, it will freaking take Forever. Send my my car literally for 3days working days now, none of my problem is even solved or attended to! Their promise*call you back* never happen unless you freaking call them 100times. If you have really good and responsible service agent to attend to you or else best of luck. I'm not in luck as my sales agent resigned and this is what I had to deal with. Double standard treatment toward new vs existing customers. Peeps, Really think twice before you buy a unit from CC. With my bad experience today, Regretting really buying my car from CC. Will opt to another dealer next time! Definitely no more purchasing a unit from CC. Thanks! Reading the good review I really don't understand where it came from. Mostly from new customer buying a car there, but congrats later on when u start to owned the car from CC. Experience their punctuality on showing up late during service and fantastical nil problem solving skill.

Only one positive thing is the receptionist is polite and great and that's all. The treatment I face after that, I will literally walk away from CC forever. About the waiting louge nothing for me is 5star merely just a sitting area expose to everything. Not even a quiet place.

C & C is one of the oldest remaining original buildings along this stretch facing Federal Highway. It certainly has had a makeover from its 20 to possibly 30 years of existence. High ceiling, clean space & a well arranged showroom makes it a positive environment if you are in the mood to buy a Mercedes. Parking however is limited but adequate. Accessibility in & out is fair.

They looked at people who when to this place. If you wear like someone who just to visit. So I went to other shop for purchase.

When I went there I found no sales person available. I approached one staff and asked for a sales person. Later I got someone. May be because of Ramadan they were tired. I should visit after Ramadan.

A good place to start a self check on yourself thinking "how the hell these people can afford this thing ah? "
