The service was excellent. I gave my car for a crack on the wind screen. Mr Alagesan was so good that he checked the car properly. He recommended to service other things too that needed attention. Though it took a few more days. Now the car is fine. I really have to thank Mr Mr Alagesan for his good work and recommend him strongly. I also thank cycle and carriage PJ for taking good care of my car. Thank you so much.
Thanks to Mohd Noor and Emran for the excellent service. I was properly advised for the work to be carried out by C&C and all my queries were well attended. The pick up and delivery services were efficient too. And kudos to Gigi for facilitating the whole thing!

They attained all my complain despite just having basic a class.thanks to Ram, everything went smooth!
C & C is one of the oldest remaining original buildings along this stretch facing Federal Highway. It has since had a makeover from its 20-plus to possibly 30 years of existence. High ceiling, clean space & a well arranged showroom makes it a positive environment if you are in the mood to buy a Mercedes. Parking however is limited but adequate. Accessibility in & out is fair.
My 3rd service in c&c pj. Mr. Jason is one of the best service agent I know. Knowledge, attentive to my concern and worries. And always give a full effort to solve my problems
I purchased my car from Hap Seng Star Balakong and after numerous issues with my brand new A250, I switched to C&C PJ. I must say I felt the change in my experience from the time I stepped inside C&C PJ. The front desk staffs were warm, welcoming & friendly. A special shoutout to Sheila! I was then assigned to Ram.
Coming from a service background, I’m very particular about services and I must say staffs like Ram is an asset for C&C. He attended and listened to the entire experience and issues I’m facing with my car. He even went through my previous complaints and went above & beyond to understand it better. Now, this is what I was looking for, I know for a fact my car has problems and I wanted someone to hear me out and give that assurance that they will look into these issues and find a way to fix them. Ram gave that assurance.
I’m writing this review while my car is at the service centre for another repair. It’s very frustrating to be going through all this for a new car but as long as C&C maintains such experience level and employs more people like Ram, I’m sure you can turn your most disappointed customer into your most loyal customer. I believe I’m in the the midst of this transition and I look forward in building back my trust in this brand. Kudos C&C PJ & Thank you Ram!

Was going to place booking. Went in but no one served us because dad was wearing too casual i guess. In the end the booking was made at mutiara the curve outlet.
Some personal experience about the shoddy services we received from C&C PJ workshop for service of our car on 3rd October 2020:
(1) Faulty side mirrors
Within short time upon purchase of the car, we already noticed that the side mirrors had issue whereby it would not fold by itself despite the setting properly turned on. We first complained this issue to C&C Glenmarie workshop but unfortunately they could not fix the problem.
During the service at C&C PJ workshop on 03/10/2020, we informed the Service Personnel about this side mirror issue and upon request even produced to the staff the video clip capturing the failure of the side mirror folding as proof of the technical default. However, the technician was still unable to solve the problem.
We then asked about warranty claim but was informed that as it was Saturday, nobody in the office was working and so the relevant staff from the Warranty Claim Department would only call us for further details and action the following week. However, until today, nobody from C&C has called.
(2) Car not properly washed after service
Upon service, we inspected the car and noticed that the car was not properly washed by the service personnel. There were still stains remained at the side bottom of the car.
(3) Long wait for the service
We arrived at the PJ workshop at around 10: 00 am, and the service was only completed at nearly 1: 00 pm, i.e. Almost 3 hours wait just for the service.
(4) No food to serve the customers despite long wait
To add salt to the wound, at 10: 00 am when we arrived, all the food at the PJ workshop already ran out. We were only left with coffee, tea and some sandwiches.
The irony is the workshop has displayed a "5-Star Service" banner at the main entrance.
Too bad that we cannot give 0 star for the comment here.

Due to Covid 19, no more servings of chicken chop?
I went after reserve the slot in the website and receiving confirmation thru email. Unfortunately no PIC assigned to me, no car available as per ads. They replied at that day all cars sent to event on weekend.
I would like to compliment on one of your staff, Paul Yap Chee On for his great service and for going beyond the extra mile from my first purchase of Merc Benz and address my complaint issue on the spot. Kudos to Paul and thank you very much for your excellent service. Will definitely recommend my friends to him. From a happy customer:)!
Bad experience with cycle & carriage PJ branch
1) No invoice issued to me since the date of purchase till now. Just asked me to wait,
2) No receipt issued to me even downpayment has been made,
3) No loan document issued to me even the first instalment paid,
4) No one updates on the instalment payment until I asked, even passed the due date,
5) QC is not done properly, my car got scratches and cracked wooden (interior),
6) Air cond got problem after 3 weeks.
* If this is the service I got from Cycle & Carriage, why not opt for other dealer or car model?
* Why should I pay to get bad service & to spend time for problems?
Please train your team well before serving customer.
The one star is for the service before sale, NOT the service after sale.

I am still waiting for my new car since February, which is ridiculous. And they are unable to inform me on the delivery date? I had paid them so much but all the sales person able to advise me is wait, be patience. Nonsense! Such a disappointing experience.
Is this the way cycle and carriage dealing with their customers or mercedes benz malaysia has this kind of standards?
The insurance department is not answering phone calls. It's either engaged, ringing in perpetuity or asked to leave a message. It's been like this for days!
Great service, nice environment, but the canteen is short of staffs, the worker working too much until speaking to custimer in impatiemt tone, showing poker face. Management shoukd ensure sufficient manpower to serve foods. The coffee and foods are good, no complains. However the kuih added too much flour.
