Made an appointment for 8am to service my vehicle, arrived at 8.05am and registered with front desk after that was approached by Service Agent and discussed the service price and Estimated time of completion, was told could finish by 12pm and decided to wait and test drive the EQS rather than going back. At around 11.30am noticed my car was already parked outside the service bay (guess already finish service) then waited until 1pm still no update. Tried to call the SA no response and never call back.
Service super bad, wasted so much of my time waiting
I arrive at 8: 30am 12: 30noon only can give me quotation for service, without quotation they wont proceed to service
I dropped my car and left for a meeting. Then called the service guy Sean Wong 3 times but he never pick or return my call, then force to come back here to see him F2F to ask for quotation, not a major service just a minor regular service but took him 4 hours to get me quotation
Free cafe if you are servicing or doing your periodic maintenance for your car. Catch is very slow service despite having an appointment.
Be ready to leave your car here for the day as well. Have a good day. Jason is nice fella.
Excellent service from Kavi and razali, helping to pick up and deliver my vehicle for service. Very friendly and helpful. Well done again!
Upon notification of issue, Mgr Loh promptly arranged pick up of vehicle, while at same time SA Ram, although on leave went over and above to notify Cust Svc and later took responsibility to periodically update progress.
The service team spent considerable time to ensure thorough check and rectification.
Car was ultimately delivered back to me, handled and driven with care by the experienced and trustworthy Kavi!
Overall, am very satisfied with the Ccb PJ teams where they deserve my 5-stars! Thank you
Visited the showroom on 12th Mar 2023 with my family to review the GLC300 Coupe. The receptionist is very helpful, but the sales executive is not very attentive (John Tan)
Maybe our appearance has not shown as a potential customer / buyer to C&C and this is the worst experiences we had during our visitation to your showroom. John was rushing in ending up our car review, not even have a courtesy to find the key to show us the car, when asking for a test drive, he straight away said that test drive is only available on 18.3.2023. Just for your info, this going to be my 2nd purchased of Merc car and during my visit to your competitor showroom in Jalan Ipoh, the sales executive offered the test drive without we asking for it.
The visitation only last less than 15 min since John claimed there's customer is waiting for him, if he is not available to attend us, he should call another rep to attend us. Very disappointed with the level of service rendered compared to your competitor.
In the future, please do not discriminate or judge a potential customer just by their appearance. Furthermore, to get a bad experiences from a Sales executive who claimed has worked with C&C for 16 years is not acceptable. In the future, please embrace your potential client, be attentive and if you can't attend to the client, please find the one who can.
Its a genuine feedback and hope that C&C can improved and not letting your potential customer faced the same experience we had. Thanks
Opted for the door-to-door service. I was quite unsure of this at first, but Jarrett and his team (including Razali and Kavi) were so speedy and helpful. The whole process from giving them my car to collecting it back from them was so speedy, smooth and convenient. I really felt that my car was being well taken care of.
Had the best car service experience ever! All was a breeze esp with the car pick up and drop off by Kavi. Thumbs up C&C.

Mr Loh and Mr Kavi are very helpful and he done a great job. I have a very good and pleasant experience with CCB aftersales.
I didn’t send my car. Mt Kavi collected and later delivered my car after service which was done well by Mr Imran. Vey happy with the seevice provided. Mr Syahril assisted me to make appointment.

Pick up car at 9 am. Zaki the assigned pick up driver arrive on time.
The car was send back at around 4pm by Kavi who did a run thru with me on the services done. Car was washed but there were shoe marks on the (driver side) floor side panel.
Did not drive the car yet but I assumed everything should be OK since the services is carried out by PJ Merc.
Overall am happy with the arrangement since there is no need to go (and wait) personally at the service centre or having to go back to pick up the car.
Punctual and courteous, car was collected and delivered by Kavi. Hassle free car service, as usual by Cycle & Carriage.
Kavi delivered car on time. He was professional and courteous.
Alegesan was most helpful and guided me through the essential services/ change of parts required.
