My appointment was at 11.00am. They inspected my car and I can either sell the car to them direct at the price they offered or I can opt for the 24 hour online bidding. I opted for the former. They settled all the paperworks including JPJ and transferred the money to my account. Everything was settled by 12.30pm. Hassle free and time saving. Would highly recommend.

Wasting my time. What do you guys mean 'car inspection'? I drove my car to your shop but you guys just take a look at my car registration card then tell me that the price is between RM1.5k to RM2k only without inspect my car at all. If your company practice this way, why not just ask me through phone call then it's more easier right. For what we make appointment for inspection? For what I drive my car go to your shop?

This is my 1st time, I tried out Carsome's platform for my company's vans. Thanks to Nurul and Eugene who are so persistent in educating me on the platform. Eugene help me to put up to sell the following day and I was surprised of the astounding results. I sold 2 units of my Vans and got the payment the next day. I was so impressed with the excellent service and of course the less hassle in dealing in Used Car dealer. Highly recommended!

My honda was priced at 37k mudah/car dealers. Went to carsome and was offered 34k. I was willing since I really need to let it go due to relocation. 3 weeks later, no call from carsome. I suppose based on reviews, they priced it higher than they would. FB account has 200 comments but only 15 comments are showing. All positive ones. Funneeeh!

Had an appointment at 10am but was told to wait as the staff were busy. Eventually left as I had waited for over an hour, with nobody attending to me.
Such waste of time.

Good service. Prior booking is advised to avoid long que and waiting. Strength is in their successful online bidding platform. Strongly recommended.

Nvr go there. It’s a waste of time. Better ads your car at mudah/carlist. Fyi, carsome offer less than 40% of market price.

Unprofessional company staff just want to make profit from customer. Fees is expensive. Not even entitle 1 star.

I agree with the previous reviewer before me, Shrinivas that it is one of the worst car dealers around. My reasons are as follows: -

1.2 days after submitting my enquiry with them, I was contacted by Fitri to arrange for a time for the inspection. I wanted one during lunch hour but he said they dont open during lunch hour. As such, the closest would be 2.30pm today (Friday) which I agreed to.

2. The inspector assigned to my car was Kelvin. As can be seen in Srhinivas's comments, there were some issues with him. After considering the matter, I decided not to raise this issue with Carsome because I was assured by Carsome's reply to Shrinivas's comments on the steps they had purportedly taken.

3. I had another engagement which came up today, so I called Kelvin on whether I can pull it to 2.15pm. He said that would be fine.

4. When I arrived at 2.15pm, there were too many cars already underdoing inspection. I approached Kelvin but he himself was too busy attending to other people.

5. I waited past 2.30pm and seeing as how no one bothered to attend to my car, I left.

As such, my complaints against Carsome is as follows:

(a) The fact that there were many customers before me would mean that 2.30pm isn't the first slot available after lunch hour. I came at 2.15pm and there were already many people.

(b) Please honour appointments. If you agreed at 2.15/30pm, it doesnt matter whether you need to address other customers. You need to ensure customers who are punctual are addressed accordingly.

(c) Carsome should consider being more flexible. Inspections shouldnt be tied to the site and should be able to be done at where people are comfortable. If they can't do this, at least consider opening on weekends or after office hours which would be beneficial for those who are working.

In this regard, I think that Carsome is just a waste of time. Don't bother going there.
