Booked a slot. Came on time. No one attained to the inspection until I asked the manager to work on it after 45 minutes and shop was closing soon.

Few employees were seemed to be resting at the side of the shop rather than starting inspection process on my car.

Disappointed experience definitely.

Horrible experience selling my car with Carsome. Absolute nightmare. Sold car on 18 Feb 2020 and the whole process was still not done on 9 March 2020. Car was with them already, road tax and insurance still under my name. Just about to do a police report as they kept my car fo weeks before doing the transfer. Conflicting excuses, so un professional and irresponsible.

Walked in to Kelana Jaya branch and sold my car (MCG4588) to Carsome through their online bidding at a higher price compared to used car dealers. Efficient transaction and got it done smoothly without much hassle. Thank you! Highly recommended if you’re planning to sell off your car!

Book for an inspection appointment on 8 February 2020, I went to Ampang the offered me price which I didn't accept the guy at the Ampang branch (I forget to get his name) suggest me to try bidding, I tried and accepted the offer on 12 February 2020.17 February 2020 they arrange to make car ownership transfer Mr. Ravee assisted me he was such a gentleman once everything done which was within 1 hour he booked grab for me.
I had a pleasant deal with carsome!

Very fast easy and professional get higher price. I try going to used car dealers but the price they offer me is very low price if you want little bit higher then don't waste your time going to used car dealer give carsome a try it's free inspection. I was selling a continental car and generally prices around are much lower, but through carsome's online bidding, i managed to ramp up the price slightly.the whole process is simple, quick and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The inspector did a thorough job. Very impressed. Rate offered was not attractive, but I took it anyway for my 10 year old trustworthy Proton Saga 1.3BLM

The concept is good but they offer you a terrible price at least 20-30% less than the car dealers. I'm ready disappointed.
It's good for those car are not eligible to sell such as old Volvo & unique cars.

Carsome is awesome! - WQE8379, I sold my car through carsome bidding, This is much better option then finding individual buyer.
Service is professional and efficient.
I sold my car in 3 working days and at better price I would got from individual buyers.
I would recommend carsome specifically for expats and advise to use bidding option for better price of car.

Spent an hour there last week for inspection. Then was told by the technician that they could not make an offer for continental car after they finished the inspection and asked me to go for online bidding. They should have informed me about it much earlier when they called me to confirm my appointment. A complete waste of time! Disappointed.
