I had a bad experience in this platform. Nobody follow up my case at all. My car can’t sell also nobody update me. Even though I call up and ask for trade in. They say they will call me back for pricing. At the end, also nobody call me back.

Located at strategic place. No enough space or chair for customer to wait pending valuation by them. Not digitized enough

The price they offer is way below market price by other sellers. If you asked me, it is better to sell your car via other channel. Will never ever go back to using carsome for car valuation. Way off the mark. I eventually sold my car for 12% more than what carsome offered

It is not a bad option to sell your car if you're in last minute and must sell it urgently. Their procedure is fast and smooth, but price might be 20 per below market price.

Waste of time. Waited for 30mins + for the checking, value my car lower that others used car dealer almost 5k. Thought carsome will offer better price, disappointed. Better I directly sell off to used car dealer.

Sent my car there last week. Long waiting time before my turn. They took my car photos and asked me to drive home to wait the result. The following days they called me request some additional documents to show to them before they can proceed. What a waste of my time! Not recommended!: (
