The agent name contacted me and booked appointment, I have already informed that I don't have puspakom b5 yet, he said no problem, next day also calling and asking me to come, after driving for 30 minutes, the staff there said must have b5 puspakom first and refused to help and simply ask me to come next day

No sence of customer service

1.long waiting time even when appointment was made.so no purpose in making prior appointment since u still have to wait.

2.if customer says does not know the price when asked, person-in charged sop is to lowballed the customer.i rather you just follow the process to bid instead of trying ur luck to lowballed the customer.this give a very bad impression compared to other similar platform.

Sold my car at Carsome. The inspection officer abang Aereel so friendly and helpful. But I have problem as the customer service (Hq) never release the letter for claim the ncd for my new car. Quite disappointed.

2nd time trying to get a deal with a different car to sell, Very disappointing with their price offer RM2.5K for mu hyundai gets 1.4. Seriously, they have access to check your bank balance and make an offer for you.

Made a trip today for scheduled inspection. Many customers during the weekend & understandably will hv to wait a while. Inspection is quick & thorough + price offer is reasonable. Noted they hv another bigger premise under renovation nearby.

Please improve your knowledge on car variant.dont simply assume manual is lowest spec.tq for the inspection btw
