Carsome - Puchong Inspection Center

I recently tried to sell my car and went for the inspection. Dont disclose your outstanding loan before they give you a final price for them to buy. They will mark up from the loan amount which will be very very low.
The prices displayed on their website is not true. Of course they would want the best for the company hence seller's please be careful. Do your external research and never say ok immediately. You can fetch better price outside.

I was attended to by a warm welcome and friendly staff. The receptionist and my car inspector Mr. Azim especially are very professional and courteous. Thank you for the great service. Proceeds from the sale of the car was same day too.

Came here to sell wife’s car. Car was inspected about 35minutes n we waited at the available benches. Once done, we went into one of the rooms n during the discussion, felt like we were forced to accept a very low offer price n when came to bidding process, they posted it earlier than agreed. N since it was still CNY holidays, no one bid the car. To b fair, the personnel there seemed professional, for lack of a better word.

Easy to deals. Book appointment via wassap. Send your car to inspection centre & they will let you know car values. You can negotiate the price. If agreed, send your car to carsome.

Although I book appointment, they served me late for inspection. Also, car valuation given was very cheap. Rather take my time n sell in private

Very bad experience, recommend go other place, don waste time here
1) inspected 2 times say only 30min to45min, at the end 1hour 20min only done, wasting my time.worker lazy, walk around chitchat,
2) my car volkswagen, 2017 jetta.they give me 25k ONLY, i only bought 2month ago new recon condition.they selling 54k for 2014 year jetta at carsome. Really treat customer like stupid after getting some popularity ya
3) another car honda after inspec they give also 25K only, but they selling also 54k on website.

Overall service was okay, waiting time a lil on the longer side, there's a big gap between their asking price and website estimation.

Really bad service. I had to ask the staff to leave my car/condo after he scolded me. He kept ignoring me and continue inspection, I had to remove key from ignition and tell him to please leave. He proceed to laugh at me on his way to his motorbike and mock me with hand gestures. Cannot believe the staff behave like this.sent email complaint to carsome and called them (even on phone they laugh at me) rudest Malaysians I’ve ever met.

EDIT: carsome replied to my email and said it’s basically all my fault because I didn’t allow the inspector to have a test drive. This is such a lie and shows the lack of respect they have for their customers to come up with some tales and point fingers and blame at customers. Joke service. What is stated above is what factually happened, nothing about any test drive nonsense.

Convinience place to sell your car. If your documents are complete you can settle it less than 2 hours. Recommended especially if you car have no more loan.

Very efficient. Manage to get my friend car inspect within 45 minutes and all process completed.

At first I'm happy that the bidding works. The only main concern for seller is car and bank settlement is complicated and risky. Why do Carsome can't issue instant transfer direct to the bank instead need we seller to top up the balance loan amount issue to Carsome then only issue a " full amount settlement Cheque " to the bank. As required 3 work days for Bank process and redemption letter to issue but car already force early release. Also, I found it's too pushy for buyer to release car which lead time include Saturday & Sunday instead of week days with so called RM500 redemption for fully vaccinated seller temptation offer. We are talking about some amount here.pls look into it seriously, so the transaction to be more smooth and secure for everyone. The info of the website advertise selling process doesn't seem to tally the actual event.
