Fast delivery, but didn't check properly before send out the item, my order packing was broken. Call to Puchong outlet but nobody answer the phone. Disappointed with the service.

Here got all item u need for bakery but the thing that I hate is parking, other day I got summons for nonpayment of a parking ticket even for a while.

Closing time shown 9pm but arrived there around 7.59pm they not allowed me to go in.please educate ur staff to talk nicely, we r coming all the way from cyber to buy an urgent stuff not window shopping.bad experienced

Pretty good. You can find most of the things in one store. But service here needs a big change. Staffs need to be trained:)

In my previous visit, I accidentally took a cupcake box for 25 cupcakes. Went to the cashier only to realised that I have took the wrong one. I then asked the cashier; a thin and tall Chinese lady whether do they have a box for 20s and her response was, go and find it by yourself! How rude was that! Today I went over again to get some baking essentials and the same bad experience I get! Asked where is the piping bag, only to be told, "I think is there" She was so lazy that she does not even have the initiative to assist me to find it!

That's it! I will never buy again from this outlet as they have RUDE and LAZY staffs!

It's a good place to get all your baking supplies from ingredients to pans and utensils, packing materials as well as decorating tools. They are little bit running low on some items because of slowed or stopped manufacturing during the Covid-19 crisis but they are still the best stocked baking ingredients shop I have been to. There is even cream cheese!

I know wearing a face mask during pandemic is preferable. Ive told the guy standby at the door before enter that im u sing my scarf to cover but he refuse to let me in without a proper surgical mask. I went to other shop nearby, they have no issue letting me in with my scarf covering my face. As long as it is covered. What is that a big deal?

If I have a choice I will not give any star! Came all the way here to purchase some baking essentials and the staffs are just pissing me off.told the staff at the entrance I don't need their hand sanitizer cause I have my own. He was utterly rude and forceful! I don't think it's right to scold your customer for not using their hand sanitizer when we have our own. Even the staff inside the shop were not helpful at all.need to find all things on our own. Not going back there!

Lots of people lining up to 4 lots of shops during this festive season. Can try going to Jadi Baking Shop at Bandar Puteri Puchong which is only 5 minutes away from this shop. Obviously less than 10 people lining up.

Pegi masa weekend. Okey la tak lama beratur masa PKP. Utk below 5 items ada fast lane. Barang pelbagai dan banyak. Tapi brg yg nak cari takde masa tu. Serbuk gelatin yang Halal certified.

During MCO, I made order via WhatsApp on 28Mar noon. Got a response within 30mins. Made payment and received my items by 6pm same day! Delivery was done via car, delivery fees RM10 to Putra Heights - payable to delivery man.

Note: Japanese Bread flour was out of stock when I placed my order. Hence, had to settle for normal bread flour.
