43Avoid this place. I took my saga for service and got a real shock at their service center. I was told that it will take about 1.5 hours so I left the place but I came back early after 1 hour to pick up the car and noticed that the car was missing. When asked around both service guy at desk and manager told me that it was taken for a test drive. For a normal service and battery change? I never complained anything about the engine. After waiting for half an hour without any sight of the car, I confronted the manager only to realize that they are covering up for two technicians taking the car to pick up the battery from another place. When asked to provide me the original odometer reading when I left the car they told me that its in the car. When the car finally reached, the two technician were carrying a new battery and they were apparently test driving with old battery after a jump start since the old battery was dead! Then one of them ran away and came back with a forged odometer reading! When I confronted the manager that I will logde a complain to HQ, he finally became apologetic and admitted that the car was indeed used without my permission. And worse, this is apparently normal and is a small matter! Imagine if I have left the car overnight or if it had been in an accident! He later gave me free gifts and offered a free car wash! Honestly, its better to avoid this place and if you must go there, always take a photo of the mileage reading (and possibly photos of other parts) before you leave your car there! Insist that they record the odometer reading on the service offer form. Totally devasted how poor proton service centers are!
Poor service overall. Explanation of service is brief and blunt. Basically no one will attended to service hotline, from my past experiences. Charges is expensive. Go to other Suzuki services center, at least for the price we pay, we deserve better services.
