Send in my car for service appointment at 9am. 1130 i walk out and check for my car, notice my car havent start service. Complain to them only start the work. Tq CS to chase for me

The service is great and the waiting area is cozy filled with refreshments such as coffee, tea and nasi lemak. However I opted for a car wash and had paid for it but when I got to the car it was not washed. Although the service advisor mentioned that the next service I can do as I have already paid, it just quite disappointment. Other than that I have no complaints.

Recommended service centre to all Proton users. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Kalesh. Good lounging and waiting areas are provided, and you can get a good drink too for free here. It brings me peace of mind to be here.

I was surprised with their service. My car was out of battery and the service centre was able to send technician to my place which is nearby also to jam start my car and drive to their service centre for baterry replacement. The battery replaced was done within 30 mins. The best car service that I received so far. Thank you!

I made an appointment 2 days ago for 0830 today and was there promptly 0825 with 2 people ahead of me.

I was served at 0845 hrs and the car was on the lift by 0858 hrs. It was a 18000 km service so basically oil change, oil filter change and a firmware update for my X50 (BCM not the Atlas that I declined) I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash that I also declined with thanks since I wash my own cars.

The car was down the lift and parked by 0935. After settling the bill I was away by 0945 hrs.

Delighted with the friendly and polite staff and I trust the service is maintained. Yes, I have read some horror stories but I would say even with an appointment make that appointment as early as possible and engage with the service counter staff. Sometimes there are other walk-in customers that will be served if they are ahead.

Top marks then here for today.

Sent my car here to service for 1,000k 8.30am and told them will collect 2pm. First time with 1,000km service only but on 2pm still not finish yet and need to wait more till 3.15pm to collect. Almost one day shift working to get finish, very sad and tired. Please improve your service.

So far I have no issue with Aiman motor service centre. They always follow the service book and never try to sell or proposed to add anything that is not in the service book.

For every service they will give free car wash but if you in a hurry you should skip this as there's only 1 person at the car wash at it will take quite some time to que for the car wash. In my experienced after my car had completed the service, it took more than 1 hour to que for car wash, hence if I'm in hurry I will inform the SA to skip the car wash.

Waiting area is spacious with a lot of seat & sofa. Free WiFi, hot drinks and sometimes nasi lemak for breakfast.

Come at 9am on saturday. Can eat free nasi lemak. Wonderful taste. Can sit leisurely. Service around 1 hour. Staff is friendly.

Good environment. My second time service here. The manager is very friendly offering coffee and give personally to customer. The nasi lemak is great too! Thank you for your great service. Tho the service takes abit long this time tho. Anyway, keep up the great work!

I wanna share a really good experience with Aiman Motor. A very good service centre u should trust. I have encounter leaking problem which another service centre refuse to help and Aiman Motor take up the responsibilities. I have decided even is far I will do my service here due to their good service. They will try their best to help for any issues arising.

2nd review. I sent my x50 for servicing and repair due to accident. Fadhil, Ayu and Ipan is very helpful and willing to give you more options.

Waiting and waiting and waiting and forever waiting for just a reverse sensor module. Never buy proton again

Booking service 10.30 pagi pada 12 September 2022, sampai pukul 10.30 pagi, kena sidai sampai 10.50 pagi baru dilayan. Tunggu service sampai pukul 12.30 tengah hari. Nampak kereta dah lama parking, mungkin sebelum pukul 12.00 tengah hari dah siap. Staff yang incharge tak maklum kereta sudah siap, sendiri tanya baru nak buat. Sticker reminder service tak letak di kereta, selepas service. Pengalaman 1st service dekat sini kurang memuaskan.

I went to a few Proton showroom before I finally found Aiman Motor. They are very fast and efficient. Never over promise and made it clear how long the waiting list is. We just went ahead and trusted the flow. With the long waiting list, we managed to settle all the loans, deposit in the shortest time and got our car faster than the given time frame. Not only that, they are the 4S center where that have a service center. So I don't have to worry about anything. Zaidi was the person we dealt with and he is good. Both he and the company

Service tip top. Make sure if oulss nak walk in bawa la kain telekung coz walau take time bole solat diSurau disediakan. Service waktu pagi ada nasi lemak n coffee bar available so convenient.
