I book my car here. Few follow up after service is also done here. Some good and bad experience I would say. But Jini, the service Manager has made everything so efficient from customer end.shorten waiting period from months, she only take weeks or days to solved it. Unfortunately went I come back for my 2nd service, she is no longer there.

Please improve your service to customer.
The feedback and follow up to customer is essential.

One star only because people there are friendly. This however does not make up for delays and broken promises. Sent car in for repairs one full months ago. Every week I check they tell me it will be ready this week. After ONE FULL MONTH, I am STILL WAITING for the car.
It is NOT even a proton. It is a Suzuki. The reason I sent it here was because NAZA, new franchise holder for Suzuki suggested to send it to Aiman.

NEVER Buy Suzuki or Proton and NEVER send to AIMAN.

2nd service for 10000km (actual mileage 5788). Booked for 8am slot but actual time open @ 8.30am+. Might be due to raya leave.done within 2 hrs

Lousy service.

A Malay women called after my car service is done and I request to collect during lunch hour. But, she told me: ''Kita semua keluar makan'' & said: ''Ok la you boleh dalam during lunch hour''. However, when i arrived at scene, there is totallly no service agent & technician during lunch hour!

This is not the first time i collect my car during lunch hour. And the sales staff on scene is not helpful at all. Luckily service manager is very helpful.

(Just wondering where they can go out & eat during ramadan period)

The Service Center at Aiman Motor is horrific. I sent my X70 for the 30k service in January 2022. During the service, I requested one of the damper of my power boot to be replaced as it was faulty and I could not open my power boot. I was informed by the center that they need to order the part and would take about 2 weeks. Today is April 2022 and over the last 3 months I have visited Aiman Motor over more than 3 times to enquire about the spare part, and on each of the visits, the person at the Service Center desk was NOT able give me an answer on the availability of the part and every time he would tell me that he will call me the next day to let me know. And guess what? He NEVER NEVER call. This is the type of service from Aiman Motor. For the last 3 months, I am not able to open my power boot because of the faulty damper. It is also absolutely ridiculous for a service center not even able to inform me when the part will be available. And as an owner of a Proton X70 car which cost more than RM100k, I am NOT able to use the power boot. PROTON and AIMAN MOTOR, please buck up! The quality of service is totally and absolutely unacceptable.

UPDATE: Today is 4th of May, four long months after Aiman Motor was supposedly to replace the part but still there was no news from Aiman Motor and so too they have absolutely no clue when the problem can be fixed for my car. The right damper arm of my boot had been completely dislodged and the boot is non-operational, cannot be opened or closed. I am so disgusted with PROTON and Aiman Motor! How long more do I have to wait for Aiman Motor to fix the problem?

The service provided is very satisfactory.when they move to a new place, it becomes more and more interesting.there is a starbucks in the service center!

This is my third time coming here to service my car. Convenient waiting area, cool ambient & great amenities. Mr Nasyraf is a very helpful and sincere sales advisor. He explained to me what is necessary for my car and attended me very well. Definitely will come here again for my next services. Good job Aiman Proton team.

Fair place for first time dunno where to attend the service counter, but fast enough and understand what is booking. Fast attend 5 mins send in 11.05 got call when services done 2.50pm while it is Friday. Is better than The R company @ seksyen keeps fails my expectation. Keep up the good work Aiman company

The best experience in Proton Service EVER!
I was traveling through town and in a rush to find a spare part (radiator fan) and these guys were above amazing!
(After 2 Service Center refused to check my car what a shame)

Thanks to Cik Nadzirah and team. Actually this is my 1st time in Aiman Motor. I have received excellent customer service upon my arrival. I love it. A million thanks. 10/10 recommend!

I bought my car from this dealership when the new Saga was launched. I and have been taking it here for maintenance since then.
My seat had a sharp piece that made a hole. I asked them to please either tape it or file it flat. A half an hour job in my opinion. They told me they don't have the tape.
The rattle I complained about in the dashboard is still there though they told me they'd solved it. My hand brake was not adjusted as I requested. Again I was told everything had been done.
Very bad service from the workshop!

Sent my X50 for first 1000km service here, superb service. Waiting area is very spacious and quiet, went on a weekday. Friendly staffs and service advisor especially En Syahril. He was patient and polite in answering my questions. Overall 5 stars will definitely come back for my next service

Pros: Really short waiting time and fast service. Would recommend this place. No missing clips from the engine, no oversell. There’s a mini Starbucks that will be opening soon! After service they will WhatsApp to inform as well. Very convenient.

Cons: Starbucks counter not open yet. No food except for some cream crackers. Free drinks selection isn’t great.

But overall I would give it a 5 star rating as the most important thing is the service which they are able to complete quick, well and no que at this centre.

If you are planning on owning a proton, look for Sales Executive Mr. Effy. He was very helpful throughout my car purchase process. I heard he is the top sales advisor here. So, it is very wise if you approach him. He has a youtube channel (proton online bumiputera). His video on reviewing proton iriz 2022 persuaded me to get one. If you want great free gifts, he is the one you looking for.

Nice place, big environment, have tv and sofa for customer to chill while waiting for their car for service.
I also got a free nano mist while service my car here. This is my 5th time come for service with aiman proton. Their customer service also pretty good. Thank you.

It's a new place and its SPACIOUS. Best thing is there was no queue. Only thing is they couldn't do a slight touch up of paint on my car roof for me, giving the excuse the paint shop wasn't in operation yet as it was still MCO

Won't visit this service center anymore. As they forgot to update the next service at my dashboard. I have to go again to asked them to update it.
And they also dont update in their system for my service visit on JULY. I know this after received a call on SEPT from another service center. When complain, they said system down during my visit, so cannot update. But, they can update after the system back on, but NO

I do not live nearby but still prefer coming to this Showroom for my car servicing. Friendly staff and the place is quite big, comfortable. Faster processing with proper guidance. On the top of that - someone will remind you so that you won't forget to book an appointment for your car before the next servicing date.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! I had my last service on 1 of Dec 2018 and as I recall it was the worst experience I ever had getting my car serviced by Aiman Motors. I have been a regular customer since I first got my Suzuki Swift in July 2013, I never missed my service appointment with Aiman Motors. Until that day, your team of service (the manager at the desk and service team) had intentionally sabotage my car’s suspension system. Earlier during the inspection they suggested to me to get a new suspension that costed RM2k, saying that my current suspension is already stiffed, but all i know that yea it was stiff but not as bad as what happened after they handover my car that I left to them 4 hours later (they called me to pick up the car). As I headed out from your service centre, while I was driving my car I could feel something was not right on my car, it was the stiffest drive and my car was jerking like I was driving a big truck. Then I recalled that your team must have done something or sabotaging my car just to get extra sales/income by conning a single lady.
Next day my fiancé and I, went back to the centre to confront the manager, he was still insisting that I should change the suspension. I could see by his gesture that he was being defensive and trying to still con us. My fiancé stayed firm and ask them to fix the damages that was done, he looked reluctant but had no choice but to try and mend the suspension back to its previous condition.
Few hours later, the suspension was fixed just it was before and all he could say was “Rezeki cik la ni suspension okay tapi tak tau sampai bila boleh tahan”. Heckkk, by the look on his face you can see they had this all planned. Worst and ban this place for good!
