Call berapa kali tak pernah nak ankat bila nak tuntut item pun kta item terlalu banyak susah nak cari. Pekerja kurang banyak alasan!

Dekat shopee dah mention barang dah sampai di ABX Branch Myy, tapi bila check tracking number di ABX tracking tba2 system mention tracking was not found or incorrect tracking detail.dah check tracking number memang sama dgn apa yg shoppee bagi.and bila nak kol office 413317 line tu dah tak pakai dah.cuba kol another no pun sama.

Pls tukar cara how to handle parcel, brg dah smpai di miri.but xboleh ambil selagi "agent abx" xdpt brg ya.and perlu inform dgn agent abx lok mun nak ambk parcel di ofis. WTH. PLS lah tukar cara handle parcel customer! Btw phone always busy or XkAN angkat!

Deliverer Rider Mr. Art. Customer Service Miss. Minnie/Mimie. Not sure if she is the same person who answered my call yesterday but I appreciate responsiveness and courteousy. Miss M was nervous about sharing deliverer and her name but I assure her it's a good recommendation and here is my review. Eventhough the feedback is not very good previously, I hope this company can improve and be deemed reliable and of good performance from now on. Thank you.

Went around noon time to collect my parcel, staff took my item number, checked the system, went into the store house a few minutes, came out and said that courier has taken my parcel and on the way to deliver to my place. Waited at home for a few hours, called them again, and the staff on the phone said item is in the store house.

I went to abx a second time on the same day to collect my parcel and mentioned the matter to the staff working in the afternoon shift, however he has shown little interest in listening to my complaints and kept saying "I wasnt working during noon time".

How irresponsible.

This place is like a circus filled with questionable staffs. Tried retrieving a parcel one morning that caused me a approx 20 km drive, went there and just to get rejected by the staff-in-charge just because they have to “sort it out according to places”. For someone who has experience in courier / delivery related services, I’m pretty sure this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this absurd reason, and also witnessing them to not even be understanding at the slightest level. Gradually after skimming through the other reviews, I’m pretty sure this place promises disappointment, inefficiency and any adjectives you can think of. Get good, simps.

Worst courier.item arrived on Friday, went to self collect but they won't let, they said they will deliver on Monday.on Monday I saw the parcel on the floor of parking garage like a piece of thrash.luckily I didn't reverse my car and crush the package. I was curious of mystery box then I found out that it is a parcel I've been trying to collect last week. Idiot Delivery boy.

Very disappointing! My item was thrown into my house and I didn’t get a call from them informing that they were outside of the gate waiting or asking me if I were at home or not. Customer’s item shouldn’t be thrown away just like that! You guys showed that you have no responsibility at all in delivering parcel to receivers in a good condition. Us, receivers put our trust on you to deliver in properly but we get this kind of service? What a poor service.

My items has been at the abx facility for more than a week! I went to the facility twice to self collect my item but came back empty handed! They keep saying that my items has not being sorted due to overflow. If they cant deliver the item, at least they can hand over the items by hand each time customer come for self collect.

Very slow delivery, hotline number cannot get through, have to keep calling many times.
Once got through, they promised to deliver to me on the same day i called (my item actually arrived 3 days ago), but waited whole day, not even delivered.
Terrible company, one star given considered giving face to them.

Bad experience, slow delivery service.other than that abx have always shown the status is out for courier delivery but only to know tht delivery failed.this does not happen once but the delivery keeps failing 2 or 3 or maybe more times before reaching the reciever.this kind of delivery is very bad as we paid for delivery services and we wanted a better service.there is also seems like no proper organization of parcels as it can be seen through the glass door.i also once quued up to pick up my parcel because im tired of the failed delivery status i get to see how they load the items in to their delivery van, it was sooo badly handled as items were tossed.if your staff does not want to work anymore just ask them to leave la.simple.or better, refund your customers who have failed delivery more thn once? Not tht hard right? Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Abx happened to be one of the slowest logistic courier ONCE until recently.
2 orders from overseas took only 5 days to reach east malaysia, Miri! Keep up the good work ABX! Really excited

Order barang dari shoopee pakai pos laju.tau tau ABX ni pandai pandai ambi barang.tau tiada servis hantar barang pergi tempat tu, nak juga terima barang tu, nanti cakap pg pelanggan, tiada servis hantar pergi tempat tu, sangat pintar ABX, pintar nya sama macam POS LAJU. POS LAJU pun satu hal, pelanggan sudah bayar cukup untuk sampai ke destinasi yang betul, dia lagi pandai hand over barang pergi courier lain.sangat pintar, sangat menyenangkan pelanggan

Very poor service, parcel can be stuck more than 3 days at the destination, and unable to answer you when will it be delivered.
