Deliverer Rider Mr. Art. Customer Service Miss. Minnie/Mimie. Not sure if she is the same person who answered my call yesterday but I appreciate responsiveness and courteousy. Miss M was nervous about sharing deliverer and her name but I assure her it's a good recommendation and here is my review. Eventhough the feedback is not very good previously, I hope this company can improve and be deemed reliable and of good performance from now on. Thank you.

Abx happened to be one of the slowest logistic courier ONCE until recently.
2 orders from overseas took only 5 days to reach east malaysia, Miri! Keep up the good work ABX! Really excited

The good is diorg hntar brg on sunday n ph. The bad are route scan lamak gilak. Kalau ada barang smpai just self collection jak. Sikpayah tggu lamak2. Kekurngan staff. The slowest service ever.

Penghantaran tidak bertanggungjawab. Parcel dibuang ke dalam rumah tanpa ada pemakluman atau call terlebih dahulu. Macamana kalau parcel saya hilang? Adakah pihak kamu akan mengganti rugi? Kerja perlu jujur kerana bidang courier ini banyak berjumpa dengan orang dan sebagainya.
