Delivered parcel even when no one was at home and the parcel is now no where to be found because someone else took it. Ridiculous

Penghantaran tidak bertanggungjawab. Parcel dibuang ke dalam rumah tanpa ada pemakluman atau call terlebih dahulu. Macamana kalau parcel saya hilang? Adakah pihak kamu akan mengganti rugi? Kerja perlu jujur kerana bidang courier ini banyak berjumpa dengan orang dan sebagainya.

My parcel was stated delivered in shopee, but I don't know who took it because unlike poslaju, abx doesn't reveal who received our parcel in the tracking. I tried calling abx Miri multiple times to ask who received my item, but it was ignored and call was cut.to go to abx miri is an hour away just to check. Such terrible system and service. Anybody could just steal my parcel and abx just helped them.
