My favourite place to roam around when I was in my teen. I love to window shop n eat there. There were many shops unlike now. But it was our happy times gathering with my friends. I really love it. But now how they decorate it with The Top and Dinosaur Land, is also wonderful that makes Komtar grand again.

Use to love this place back 25 years ago. Now only level 3 is lively. But there are still shoplots at most floors which were empty and unoccupied

Everything I can get here, paying billing shopping, book store, food, cosmatic, lepak santai with familys, laver 68 is very proud.

Went o the TOP KOmTAR. Not recommend for height phobia person LIKe ME! Haa.
Really palpitation and scary when step on the transparent glass with 65 floors height.

Visit to the rooftop bar is not cheap but it's definitively worth it. Best around sunset time for some drinks enjoying a wonderful almost 360 panorama. The mall itself on the lower floors feels however currently a bit run-down.

Although it's improving, much more must be done to attract business operators to move in.key establishments to draw in the crowd.

Food, Daiso, S&J store and Mr DIY stores prices are reasonably good. The rest are still on the high side. Grab service is the best.

This was such a good place to go up for a view of Penang especially when I went up as the sun was going down and into the evening. You can spend as long as you like up there and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who visits. There is a bar and a sky walk bridge to go out on and you have full 360 degree views of the area.

A Central Business District in Penang. There's Central Transit terminal on ground floor. You can choose bus to airport, Batu Ferringhi, Balik Pulau, and many more with less than MYR 5 per person

We visited Komtar for their newest indoor park attraction, The Top.
Easiest way to get here is via Grab. Hell to look for parking around here.
Got observation decks on level 65 and 68
Great dinasour park and science discovery lab. If you decided to do The Top, expect to stay at least half a day. If not wont worth your ticket money.
Komtar has become a worthwhile spot to visit now.
Very recommended for family vacation.

An leisure complex in the downtown of Penang. It includes shopping malls, restaurants, museums, entertaunment centres etc. You may spend a day here!

I got confused with shoping mall at komtar, we can buy almost anything we need here. And we can go anywhere around penang island through the bus station here. The foods are great too.

It is starting to get very old. It does not attract anyone as most stores are closed. The only great thing about here is The TOP.

Kemudahan lengkap dengan taman tema dan pejabat kerajaan.banyak ruang kedai yang kosong.dan papan tanda arah didalam bangunan agak mengelirukan bagi pelawat.

Tallest building in this island. Comtains a lot of entertainment inside it, from arcade, bowling, to discotheque. It's very nice having in 68th or the top floor of this building where you can see almost all of the Penang island wonderful scenery around. Just give it a try.

Komtar are heart of George town a heritage area available in penang. Here you can get anything you need, phone, watches, clothes, food, medicine, computer, the bus ticket to going to Kl another city in west malaysia, or you can enjoy penang downtown from the higher on The Top of komtar. This place so recommended to visiting lets go guys coming and meet me maybe hehehe

Banyak wahana menarik, tapi mahal kalo untuk ukuran backpacker, hehe. Tapi overall cukup menghibur walau hanya sekedar liat

Good place for family to have fun and see penang view at the top of the building, dinosaur treasure, museum and many more. Worth for money
