The traffic was chaotic, the products were mediocre, and I didn’t go to the aerial experience or aquarium & sky walk.

Komtar Tower is the tallest landmark building in Penang. It is a must-visit place when traveling to Penang. You can have a bird's-eye view of the entire George Town landscape. This time we traveled freely as a family and did not have to rush the schedule, so we arranged to spend more than half a day in Komtar to enjoy the air conditioning. In addition to going up to the transparent skywalk on the roof of 68th floor to "test our courage", of course we also had to take care of our little girl companion. She looked to see if there was anything interesting in Guangda.
Komtar has the Jurassic Research Center, the Penang Boutique Aquarium and the Dome Science Museum on the entire sixth floor, plus a variety of children's indoor game facilities, restaurants, etc. If you are like me and have children, you might as well come here Take a break, walk around, have a meal or afternoon tea, and spend leisurely family time.

Penang Boutique Aquarium
Maybe there are too many interesting aquariums to see, but the Penang boutique aquarium looks quite deserted, and the air-conditioning is very cold. The exhibition area and fish tanks at the entrance are decorated in a Malay style, which is unique.
Tech Dome Penang
Surprisingly, this museum turned out to be Faye Wong's favorite place. There are a lot of interactive equipment about science and technology. However, if you often visit science museums in Taiwan, you may not feel that there is any difference.
The above tickets for the Everbright Tower Observation Deck and each museum can be booked in advance on #kkday. You can buy the observation deck alone or choose a combination according to your preference. It will be cheaper than on site. Just show up with the APP ticket purchase voucher You can exchange your tickets at the counter.
There is air conditioning, things to play with, and afternoon tea to eat. "I heard" it was the happiest and favorite day of my trip to Penang~
What a transparent skywalk! I don’t even know how to be afraid!

I called due to urgent matter. I got notification from an app that my parcel. Delivery failure at 9.40am. My shop only open around 11am. Never leave any card at all. And never phone me.
I cannot contact them in any way.
When i found this number and phoned then.
They just pick up the phone and cut off my call. This is very bad service. Is their job guaranteed no matter how they perform?

Very bad.staff no friendly. 1indian aunty staf (wearing white uniform) very bad no respect others. No professional also. I'm really dispointed. I came there to to ASNB account supposed Your staff must said sistem error before i fill up borang. They make me wait so long and ask me to fill up. That Indian aunty ask me Alot of questions with no respect also. Very very very bad staff.thank you I hope I'll take action.

Pleasantly surprised how fast the delivery was, especially during the busy CNY season. My parcels to KL and Ipoh arrived in time for CNY. The staff at Pos Malaysia Komtar was very helpful and patient. Thank you!

Banyak tipu ikan akuarium.seperti biasa bukannya seperti Langkawi.akuarium biasa 2 kaki -4 kaki dinasour telor tukang semua tipu buat dari semen.hahaha tiket pun mahal gilerrrr

Saya Ialah pelanggan Di cawangan ingin trek bungkusan yang saya hantar pada tanggal 5/12. Tak pernah mengalami cawangan yang paling teruk selain cawangan ini. Saya telefon 4 kali. Staff sambut panggilan tetapi tidak mahu bercakap Dan terus tutup panggilan saya. Saya boleh dengar yg Di belakang memang ada orang. Tabiat ini langsung tidak boleh diterima. Saya hendak satu respond terhadap ini.

Ever since Pacific shopping centre closed down, place look dead. There are rooftop view activity which are fun and it let you enjoy a wonderful, magnificent view of Penang Island. Haha

The entire mall feels like a ghost town since there weren't much people on a weekday noon and most shops were closed. Totally not what you would expect for a shopping mall.

This place has been forgotten. No more specialty except the TOP where you can walk on a glass bridge.

Many empty tenants. Some spots are dark. Some floors even empty. Price is the same to the mall next to it. So nothing really special about this.

Lokasi nostalgia untuk dikunjungi jika ke Pulau Pinang. Antara mercu tanda bandar raya Georgetown yang tinggi lagi indah

Places full with amusements activities and varieties of local food. But there not stroller and wheelchair friendly place. Baby room is not equipped. Wet and slippery.

Komtar, the landmark of Georgetown is with 65 storey high. An old building but of late, it had been rejuvenating herself with many innovations like the GravityZ, ropewalk challenge at the 65th floor, Rainbow Skywalk with a panaromic view of all Georgetown or the Jurrasic Park. Creating constant fun.
But alas, I do find, for shopping, much has to be done.
And food news, Komtar is linked to the other major malls where I can easily cross over to Prangin Mall AND 1st Avenue.

Very very beautiful view from the sky top view. They have glass floor. It's very different experience.

Very run down and dirty toilets. Very dissapointed at the high fees charged for TOP View. The maangement ought to review the fees if they want to liven up the place and also make TOP View a success.

Best places for shopping for now.anyone else can you tell me where is the nices places or mall should i visited or should recommend it? Thank you.
