48VERY MESSY COURIER IN PENANG. MY ITEM LATE RECEIVE ALMOST 1 WEEK. THIS IS NOT 1ST TIME BUT 5 TIME WHEN ITEM COME TO THIS FARLIM J&T WILL STUCK 1 WEEK. CALL NEVER ANSWER. VERY BAD SERVICE. I ALWAYS USE J&T EXPRESS FOR POSTAGE BUT THIS FARLIM JNT VERY2 BAD SERVICE AND VERY LATE DELIVERY. PLS IMPROVE

Barang sya over a weak.masih blum dihantar.sya sndri xfham knapa perlu simpan brang customer smpi lma mcm ni.klau customer tu urgent nak guna brang mcm mn?
Very very bad service of that front counter fatty male worker, wait long time here and only see him play phone there, customer want to send paecel dunno use the new apps, and he told that ppl learn from another customer
Bad service! Seminggu lebih barang sampai tak hantar2, datang sendiri nk ambil, sejam cari barang tak jumpa2. Dah banyak kali kena. Call jangan harap laa nak angkat.
A very irresponsible and laziest courier service ever. Why? Day 1 called me saying will be delivering by that day, I stayed at home just to wait for the package, but didnt show up. What showing up on my tracking? No one home. Day 2, I called them, they promised sending it, but end up not showing up even I stayed at home for whole day too.
I hope HQ can take action on this matter. I know courier is not easy, but never simply make promises. This is spoiling your own reputation.
I didn't even want to give one star becuz they don't deserve this. This j&t is the worst one.there's one time when I go there and send my parcel there's a kakak just sitting there and use her eye to told me what to do. I am like what the fuck? ! What's wrong with her eye? Need a doctor? Don't use this j&t but bayan lepas one. They have a better service than here.even though is quite far but I will go there to send my parcel.don't wanna come back here anymore.
Ps* I am just a customer who want a better service from u guys but it seems like u doesn't want to do this job than why don't you just let.the other who really needs a job to do? I think they will.be more.better becuz they will appreciate it.
Barang sampai rumah pun x call atau letak sekeping nota, kemungkinan besar x hantar pun, tunggu penerima sendiri datang ambil dekat hub.
Teruk teruk.dan teruk servis J&T FARLIM.barang ontway hantar tp x update.tp akn update delivery unsuccesfully atau out of working time.fundekk.mai hntaq pun dak.klu ada brg yg hntaq pun.customer xsain.tinggal ja depan umah atau pos box.bodoh.pastu update penerima dh trima brg tu.penipuan yg besar.klu brg hilang sapa nk jwb.ngaii.la tuh toi
