Memang teruk serice J & T Farlim, ni bkn cara niaga macam ni sampai semua org benci J & T.semua staff ni duduk main-main, mask pun malas pakai, x takaut mati xpe, jgn buat penyakit utk kita! Teruk sangat, hantar brg pun malas, jgn buat courie la.balik tiduk lg baik!

Very bad services i told you. Dengan call tak pernah nak angkat. Delivery barang customer pun tak call dulu. Then, salah hantar dekat orang lain sedangkan alamat dah betul. Customer perempuan melayu, tapi yg dihantarnya ke alamat lelaki bangla/indian.

Poor services, never call me when delivery my parcel, Terus put fail to contact penerima, delivery man really lazy! Call office, not ppl pick up call! Super bad services!

Service very bad! If dun want let customer pick up byself, pls mention at the website! Waste my times rush there and collect nothing!

Worst ever. Not letting customer collect yourself. Not answering properly and being so irresponsible when query about parcel. Worst ever.

Worst of the worst! System said (On Hold, reason: couldnt contact receiver). And i was at home all the time. So, called the office few times.nobody picked up the phone. Alright, i went to the office, said rider would deliver again. Asked for rider's phone number and called him, he said he would deliver in the evening. So, waited again.then, later received email saying "Great, item is delivered". But, i didnt receive my parcel!

Great team of people behind the scene being overwhelmed by orders. The people are nice but the condition they have to work in is horrible. Air con is broken and these guys work through the heat. Kudos to Mami and her team.

One word, NIGHTMARE! The worst of the worst courier company I ever dealt with. Rude and extreme bad attitude of the staffs! I have never experience such uncivilized service before! Never again I will use J&T in my life. I don't mind to pay premium prices to other good courier companies to get good or at least average service level. And yes J&T service level is in longkang, btw! I wish I could rate them Zero (0), they don't even deserve even half of the star. I can even see other customer was yelling and scolding in J&T office. I totally understand that customer frustration because i was going through it too. No more J&T, out you go from my life!

Everytime when i received the call from J and T, i will directly take lift go down from 16th floor. But mostly everytime when i went down, the person has been leave without inform me.just a around 5 minutes.also cant wait ya? So lousy delivery services!

Track parcel reached at Farlim Centre for 4 days already, plan to self pick up but Call for whole day but no body pick up.

Very bad courier service never use guys. 2 times come first day come item cant pick up still on lorry
2 day call system down cant collect item.will try tomorow what their will say.if not i go straight to jabatan pengguna and do police report this courier should be punish

How cheaper the price also I won't choose ur courrier company at all, rider no call customer properly, office also can't help what the business u all doing, more terrible den post laju

Worst service ever. Business hour until 8pm but not available for pickup after 4.30pm.items reaches hub on 2 June and has not out for delivery after 3 days.was informed by the officer: masih baru lagi tunggu 5 hari. What?

I WILL FILE A BIG CASE ON THEM GUYS DUE TO THE UNPROFESSIONAL WORKING ETHICS THE STAFF HAVE, SORRY TO SAY BUT THEY ARE DEGRADING JNT

Sangat biadap yer staff penghantaran barang di kawasan pdg tembak ni.satu sikap yang tidak professional dan menjatuhkan mutu syarikat ini sendiri.very bad attitude dengan hantar muka masam dan nada suara yang tinggi.perlu diingatkan customer tidak semestinya berada di rumah 24 jam.so sebelum hantar make sure telefon 30 minit sebelum.harap diambil tindakan.tq

Jangan Niaga Terus (JNT) mmg kamjat pengurusan JNT FARLIM. Nk pi collect dh ttup 4.30pm.tp tlis smpai jam 8pm.lg 3jam stengah buat apa? Customer mai nk collect bru dok sibuk cari. Last2 xjumpa.bg alasan mcm2.ni nk close counter awal xksh.tpi lpas close jgn dok sembang.pi la susun apa yg patut.xpandai plan sini aku nk plan.

Tolong la J&T. Tolong jadi courier yg professional, kami order brg online utk kesenangan kami bukan bagi susah kami, and bukan free kami bayar duit kot. Haihhh ap kejadah la ni, jgn ambil org partime or fulltime yg jenis balok, aq kerja kot hari ni barang tu mmg aq perlukan sangat2 then org jnt ni kol kata dia xley naik atas dia suruh aq turun aq dah kata ibu aq ada kat rumah p la hantar, dia kata sorry u turun, mcm ni kh wey services ampa, bukan nk kutuk but Tolong la buat kerja elok2 jgn susah kan org lain, aq mai rushing2 kot Dari kerja lagi sikit nak accident dh.

Call tak mau angkat, Parcel aku ada alamat serta poskod, apa nya buta ka staff hgpa ni. Dah sampai Penang 2hari pastu Boleh plak ter shipped out p Langkawi kedah tu buat apa bingai.buta huruf ka mcm mana?
