J&T Express Farlim

Selalu hantar malam buta. Out for delivery dari 7/5 sampai 11/5 tak sampai. Order barang dari england pun dah sampai. Staff biadap tak reti angkat call tapi selalu cakap kita yang tak angkat call sebab tu on hold attempt fail. Pernah sekali pi pickup barang dalam system dah out for delivery saja tanya kat office rupanya dalam guni lagi. Belum masuk lori lagi. Lori hantar sentiasa pkul 9pm keatas.

Parcel on hold dari 2hb smpi ke harini dh 10hb.reason school/shop /office out of office hour.kita letak alamat rumah la.xperlu office hour pn.dtg hntr pkul 12 mlm pn kita terima.dh kalau jnt yg habis time office nk deliver, hntr la pagi.seminggu apa yg diperam pn xtau.very bad serviceeeee

Dua parcel saya dah stuck kat sini 2 hari ya tk bergerak langsung. Tkdak any update pn. Apa yg slow sangat? I pun tk faham why diorang send kat jnt sini. Selalu parcel i akan deliver by staff jnt tg tokong

Same case as everyone, never even attempt to deliver to my house and claim office close working hour as excuse. No calls from the courier or anything.

How is this place still allowed to accept parcel? J&T not doing their due diligence with parcel? Basically barang awak sampai sini, you tunggu sampai akhirat pun tak sampai lagi. Orang bayar duit halal untuk delivery korang pula bagi service lakhanat sial betul

Brg tak smpai tak pasti hilang ke apa dlm. Web tulis smpai 10 hari bln 1.tapi sampai ari ni tak smpai2 teruk2 On hold utk apa? Brg yg order sma tmpt pun dh smpai.benda peting nak pakai J&T mmng truk

We paid for the delivery charges, once the can't send the parcel, the won't send for the second time, and they staff will automatically put the issue that OWNER REJECT! I reply their message in the next day to Re-schedule the delivery next day, but no response, after the next days only their said my parcel was already return! Only will hold for 2 days if parcel can't reach to the owner.

Barang on hold dah masuk lima hari.ingatkan aku sorang je terkena.rupanya kes biasa berlaku kalau parcel masuk sini.report kat website pun tak ada respon, hotline J&T pun tak boleh pakai.call takda siapa angkat.ada manusia ke tidak yg bekerja di situuu

Setiap kali order brg kt shoppe mesti stuck kat sini. Xtau apa msalah jnt sini. Brg sptotnya smpai 30/10 tp hri ni 6/11 masih di sini. Bnyk brg stuck kt sini. Hari tu 1 barg stuck kt sini last² shoppe update brg hilang. Naseb shoppe tggungjawab bg blk duit. Apa masalah ni!

Totally poor service provided. I just bought 2 items from the same shop at shopee and then the parcel was passed to J&T afterwards. I keep waiting the parcel to reach my doorstep but the status still remained the same, which showed the parcel was ''onhold'' in the hub. Regarding this, it gave various reasons, such as bad weather, out of droppoint business hour etc. This is such poor reasons for their late delivery. After that, the status of the parcel suddenly turned to ''delivered'', but I did not received any parcel or item during that time. I call them for asking this issue, but nobody answering the call, although within the business hour. I tried to seek help from the online customer service, and they tried to help me for finding the parcel. After a day, I received a call and they told me that I should request for refund from shopee as they are not able to deliver the parcel for me. I am totally dissapointed with their service after I faced this kind of problem. For an advice to everyone, please find a true and a best courier service to deliver your item. Have a nice day: (

Sila amanah ya. Jangan suka hati toreh barang customer. Takut nanti merangkak cari customer nanti dekat sana. Sbb tak amanah bt kerja. Satu bintang pun xlayak.

Always end up “ your parcel is delivered “ then they call me ask to pick up at JNT farlim. When i go there they say “ barang dah hantar dah kenapa mai sini” what barang tf! Pls lah kerja tu amanah sikit, gaji nak bagi family makan plslah dah 3 kali jadi mcm ni. Barang kalau hantar mesti kemek dah etc.tlng jaga sikit semua org tau you all busy but barang kita beli bukannya free tau.

Status delivered, but I didn't received my parcels. This courier centre always didn't pick up the phone.

Dua item rider cuma tinggal di pos box yang tidak berkunci. Jika item hilang siapa akan bertangungjawab? Item bukan murah! Mahal! And 1 item plastik parcel koyak! Koyak besar ye bukan kecik. Nasib tak hilang! Tak inform, tak call/whatapps. Teruk betul service j&t sekarang.

Please improve the on time delivery and be honest in your delivery attempt update. I was waiting at home whole day (6-Oct) and never receive any call from J&T delivery agent. Then I notice J&T stated "delivery attempt was unsuccessful: penerima tiada, gagal dihubungi" at 8pm 6-Oct. Please be honest in your update, if you failed to deliver on time, please notify customer with justification. I tried to call the J&T Farlim office several times today (7-Oct) but no pick up.please improve.

Posted at J&T Farlim on 28/8 morning for delivery to Butterworth, until now 3/9 @ 11: 28am not only not delivered, tracking shows status on 29/8 @ 06: 08am at Transit Centre PEN GATEWAY! Been showing this since 1/9! TERRIBLE!

Every weeks i buy product from shoppee. So, every weeks i had to face same problem. Jnt don't send my at my house. They ask us to come and take parcel from them. What for i pay for shipping fee.
It's not okay, because i have no transport and have to bring my baby with me. Please la improve your staff quality. They always give us excuse, nowhere to park lorry. Lorry big.
Walk please. Before this poslaju send until my home. They walk. They park outside and bring me my parcel. I'm so angry because before this they ask us to carry computer table. I'm a woman with c-section operation. How can i carry the table?

Call susah nak angkat. Barang 3 hari masih disana. Tujuan vall nak tahu status. Ni kali kedua jnt pulau Pinang hold barang. Yang lepas lebih dr 1 minggu

Maaf la pihak JNT.kalau bole no telefon branch tu sila buang la kalau orang call tak nak angkat.kalau barang rosak siapa nak bertanggungjawab.tersadai lagi

Barang status dah delivered, tp barang apa pon xsampai. Bila call xda nyer nak angkat, jgn kata aku kena pergi ambik brg sndri, dah tu aku bayar courier utk apa?
