Semalam saya dah dtang mau ambil barang, tp di stor orang x ada, di suruh lagi dtang besok, skrang sya dtang lagi kata barang dah di bawa kluar lagi.suruh tunggu di rumah, tapi hari ini barang pun tak sampai".

Obviously it is closed at 8 pm, but I arrived at 7: 50 pm, but I did n’t get in to pick up the goods. I was all there and did n’t give me in to pick up the goods, and the people at the counter were impatient, why can the service attitude be so bad

Bad experience.hantar barang dekat orang x dikenali dengan alasan kawasan susah masuk and that person contact me by herself to pick up item at her house. Very2 rude imagine if my item lost or cannot trace.please laa hired orang yang amanah.

This is best courier ever. They are so friendly and nice. I am using j&t and.it's only take 1 day the parcel already ship out to my customer.love this j&t.thank you so muchhh

Parcel at storage hub for 2 days and no one post it out.call hotline few times and no answer, contact through official facebook also no answer.contact through j&t penang facebook also got not answer.no quick updates in the track and trace as well

Apa hal jnt ni, selalu simpan barang kt bt maung lama2, hantar la woi aku nk pakai barang aku beli tu. Makan gaji buta ka staff jnt

Jnt is the fastest courier I've used but of course not all the time. But pickup at center was a pleasant experience, maybe lucky no other people queuing so process was fast. Staff friendly too

Worst service I've ever had, after 2 weeks I still haven't received it. The staff is also very lazy and inefficient, unreliable and has no integrity

Perkhidmatan yg teruk gila.aku punya barang dah 9 hari tak sampai lagi.kena pergi office dia 2 kali.kali pertama, dia boleh bagitahu tak tahu kat mana barang aku.gila betul service diorang. Lain kali tak boleh pakai j&t.better pakai poslaju

Very bad service. They will keep your parcel day by dayssss, and no one ever answer the call when you call. End up you will have to personally go to collect.

The worker inside is very very lazy when my parcel already there and i ask for collect and they act like the thing but yet arrive and say the parcel at other place.j&t is totally really really bad and work so slow.

Very bad customer service. I need to queue for 1 hour just to pickup my parcel because they dont deliver to my house. Better use other courier. Not worth using this courier

Even though they didnt deliver my product in time, i received quick and polite desk service. So for that, i will give it 3 stars. But their delivery is quite inconsistent.

Service sgt teruk, tak Jawab phone, Dan juga tak call apabila tak da org do rumah! Parcel sudah sangkut berapa hari, tlg la upah orang banyak Sikit
