Tulis bukak jam 8am. Tapi 8.05am belum nampak tanda2 pintu dibuka.sebenarnya bukak jam brape? Adududuuuu

Poor customer service. Not accept walk in parcel after 6pm. But branch operation hour till 8pm.please update the correct working hour to avoid waste of petrol & time consumed.

I am making a free return for an item bought in Lazada, however, I were charge 50 cents per return label. I did raise my concern that it shall be free return, but were told only the shipping is free but I need to pay for the return label. I have later on found out it is completely free of charge if I were to make the return in other J&T branch.

Brother bought bubble wrap here. Pro: they sell by meter (no minimum order qty unlike other places which sold by 100m). Con: They only hv black bubble wrap. They also close earlier than stated on website

Kalau boleh nak bagi 0 star j&t ni suka peram barang org lama lama banyak kali dah kena.barang sampai drpd seller dkt j&t ni hari khamis dok peram sampai hari isnin pulak baru nak delivery servis pun teruk

Bad service and worst staff. I would give 0 star if I can. She quoted my parcel to be 2.02 kg to charge me extra (Additional RM9 charges when the parcel's weight is over 2kg). I am very sure that my parcel is lighter than 1.5kg. When I questioned and ask her to weigh the parcel in front of me, only she admitted the actual parcel weight is 1.3kg. Worst courier ever, don't come to this branch if you expect a fair and good service.

I came here saw another person sent item, after that indian guy just sat & playing phone. When I ask can do postage or not he said cant bcs system problem then cont playing games or wtv. Dont come here unless u expect for disappointment.

Friendly staff, she guided my to scan a barcode and fill in the sender and receiver details, collected my parcel and enquired the contents and thats it.

The shipment was delivered swiftly.
I will recommend.

Hello j&t PIC can someone help me to confirm my parcel.tracking number 650331333803 send to KL on 17 May after 3 days on hold, today check status delivered on 21 May but receiver not received the parcel.call j&t many time but no pick up.parcel contains 2 bottles of perfume.pls help.

Very good customer service, service is very fast, also very helpful, i'm from batu uban, but i rather go to this jnt for the service compared to the jnt batu uban.very recommended

北海邮寄来槟城而已有需要难吗！
东西都到jnt bayan lepas 301了，结果出现一个rounting code wrong 就把东西又returd 回北海…就这样停留在北海4天完全没有更新了，收货地址就是bayan lepas 也搞不懂为什么就错了！！！真是气死人了

Friendly staff in house. I came during less crowded time tho. Delivery service was okay, item sent got delivered in 2 days.

The ladies at front desk is always nice and helpful. I really recommend Penang team J&T.bayan lepas and batu maung always awesome!

Ni apa cerita barang done delivery, but custmr tak dapatpun brg tu, utk kebaikan company please buat sistem yg LBH baik, dan buang terus stuff yg tak amanah.

1 jer nk comment sebab aku call berkali2 mcm nk mampus tak angkat2.last2 kena pi kesana juga.cuma nk bertanya sesuatu je berkenaan parcel.aduhhh. Lain kali angkat fon la.tp bukan JNT sini je.kadang tempat lain pun sama kalau bab call mmng susah nk angkat.

Saya nak puji 2 org frontdesk staf prempuan. Servis dieorg mmg terbaik, bagi intruction yg tepat dan sgt friendly.
Bile saya packing kat luar, staf offer masuk dlm packing pakai brg dieorg. They are so caring! Selepas done packing, staf jelas dgn teliti harga kire mcm mne…dll.
Masa saya de sane, ade couple makcik pakcik dtg nmpk mcm first time hantar parcel dan x reti pakai online isi borang. Staf was so patient to guide everything dan kuar masuk byk kali to make sure customer complete semua.
Walaupon kdg2 x puas hati servis j&t, tapi branch ni saya nak bg 6 bintang! Marvelous service

Nak call the office number didn't answer then why bother put the phone number to let us call? So useless! Why? Why? ! Why? !
