Bila tuan barang tengah solat. Patut kah dia boleh jawab dan marah mcmni. *Hello. Awat tak angkat fon. Myusahkan saya menunggu. * actually tak sampai 2 minit call hanya 3kali miscall. Tolong ya respect kalau ya pun jgn ckp mcmtu. Sy respect awk. Sy ckp elok2 tapi awk boleh tnya n dan marah lagi
"awat tak jwb call. Dah lama tggu"
bila saya kata "maaf tengah solat. "
dia boleh kata "myusah, kan saja tggu. Sy cuma nak no i/c sahaja. "

Stop throwing the parcel when the owner is at home or at least give a honk! You wont be responsible if the item ruined! Please improve your bad service!

If your operation hour which is until 6pm for normal parcel and 7.30pm is only for ‘Shopee’ please mention! This is really confuse the user of J&T! This is the most poor service of delivery ever! ! Can you please improve your service and information provided? ! At least at the J&T we chat or whatever wasting my time and money travel from my place to J&T Bayan Lepas!

Please send my parcel.stuck for 4days already at bayan lepas storage hub. Why? You want people come to collect? Lepas tu beratur panjang2. Hebat keja kau

Poor service I have to run from here to bun baru thn bk here for my item. Ended up they ask me to call the rider

Good customer service, only call never pick up. CS very patience and good in doing their job. Good job.

Peram barang buat apa oiii? Aku bayaq service nk suruh ampa antaq. Bukan nk suruh aku pi beratoq pi kutip kt opis hampa. Aku bkn beli buah nangka nk mintak ampa peram sampai 2 minggu tara nk tngu masak.

Not only they don’t answer their phone calls the whole day but it takes them more than 2 days to deliver a parcel even if it’s in the same state itself.absolutely ridiculous! I’m very disappointed with J&T service in Bayan Lepas.

I once bought something online using my old house address, then THEY contact me to confirm back my address.good service:)

Lucky for me my shipment always arrived quickly and no problem finding my parcels.
They open 7 days a week which is super convenient.
Ladies at the counter also friendly and patient teaching people how to use the apps to make a delivery (the company really need pamphlets or instruction poster to educate us). The system is good just need better marketing.
Bad thing is that it is always busy.

Tak pernah dapat pengalaman buruk berurusan dengan jnt bayan lepas. Cuma mmg kena beratur lama la sbb staf 2 org ja kehulu kehilir cari barang semua. Dan staf delivery pun semua okay, x pena pulak tgk diorg mrh2 ke. Even time pkp pun Elok je gayanya. Kita hormat org, org pun baik dgn kita ️

Servis yg teruk.beratur dekat setengah jam untuk self collect tp masalahnya dua2 kaunter guna tuk hantaq parcel.punya lama xgerak2 barisan tu.last2 blik tgn kosong ja sbb xtahan panas bwh mentari

Supposedly J&T need to put notice to use apps at front (stick on glass). Not until customer at counter than only they know need to use apps. This will expedite process. Please improve. Thanks

J&t di bayan lepas kurang staff atau x ada staff.pekak kot, tahu ramai customer sekurang kurang nya customer call angkat boleh x? Jari putus ka.very very bad service please improve sekarang customer j&t dah banyak tolong la, penat orang ramai kena beratur tunggu sampai 45 minit.

No answer phone call at all not even 1 phone to answering your call! It's really disappointed wondering why they keep parcel for so long for what.no enough drivers but do the big business.hate

This morning checked parcel was at hub, suddenly in the afternoon tracking status turn to attempt fail. I was in the office whole day!
I wonder are they just simply record in the system without sending out & hoping customer to pick up by themselves?

Banyak orang komen dalam ni memang teruk tahap perhitmatan j&t ni lembab harap pihak penjual batal ja penghantaran guna j&t ni

Among all courier service, J&T is the worst. Unprofessional/rude couriers, never inform if unable to make delivery due to workload, and report it as 'premises was closed' or some other invalid reason. I think Shopee need to drop them.

Bad delivery service. Never pick up phone. Called few times and they straight away disconnected my call without picking up.
