Nobody answer d phone after 5-6 call for two days, d good never delivery to the customer house, but d delivery order show is somebady already received and sign it. Bad services.

Gdex you better shut down your service lah, no point you set up a courier company but your customer need to collect their parcel at your office instead of waiting for door delivery! Providing such an inefficient service.

No call, no note, fake update, drag drag n drag. Nvr pick up phone when u call them. Have to make ur way to their Dato Keramat office and see if you got luck to collect your parcel. Shouldn't use this service.

No Note, No Call or anything, im at home 2weeks, u cant deliver it, and need i track myself everyday, after that result is consigneer not around?

Penang branch phone receptionist ought to be sacked. Never picked up the phone, no queue system. Wonder why vendor would engage such a company for their delivery.

Worst company ever, they don't even call you when they arrived your home. Slow & bad service

Saturday called and informed, they will delivery soon. Im keep waiting and call them phone keep ringing but nobody pick up. Checked online they operate time is closed. Called to KL and check will they delivery by today? Customer service answer that their status has changed to self collect! Whole day waiting for the delivery but nothing! Bad service!

Am limited with patience and I don't like to curse their staff work ethics, so I always go to their office to pick up my stuff. Girl on the counter (the small anak mami) very very polite. But their office (Georgetown) was a mess, parcels everywhere, and their workers still can pin their eyes to their computer despite the mess. No queuing lane. At least provide QMS or numbering system. You are wayyyyy behind Poslaju. I will choose Poslaju if I can, but Zalora choose you. Damn

Never once make effort to call for delivery.always leave a note and customers have to make the collection instead.lousy service! Why do you even exist?
